We ordered this and had it shipped to us internationally. So disappointed that the base is so hard to attach to the stairs. As we live in China, we can't return it and now we are stuck with a slide that we can't put together. Very disappointed!

Had a really difficult time assembling the base to the bottom of the ladder. I basically rammed it into a wall to get it to click. The sliver bar thru the ladder and slide also took some
Manueriving to get thru. But my almost 2 year old LOVES it and he can do it himself!

My grandson is very energetic and needed something to keep him busy. The slide works wonders. It is very sturdy and stable. He is 2 and is able to go up and down it with ease. I am, of course, close by for supervision.

Part A does not snap into Part B. I spent 40 minutes in vain trying.
The help line is closed on weekends, and I could not risk disappointed kids since I promised a slide. So I've lashed the two parts together with rope so the side-to-side stability is preserved.
My kids LOVE THE SLIDE!!!!!!

I'm not new at assembling large toys and have many Little Tikes products inside and outside the house. There's just something funny with this one.

This is our second Little Tykes slide. The first one was smaller and for indoors. Our granddaughter loved it, but was ready for a larger one we could use outdoors. Attaching the base to the ladder/steps was nearly impossible. The fit is extremely tight. It took both of us over ten minutes of pushing to snap it together. I appreciate that it needs to be a tight fit for durability and safety over time, but a better design for ease of attachment would really be helpful. The slide is very easy to fold and store. Our granddaughter loves it.
