Shipping policy
You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email, logging into your account, or by the Shop App.
Shipping for LittleTikes.com is only available for the United States and at this time excludes US Territories and APO/FPO. If you are trying to ship to a US territory or PO Box, the order will not be able to be processed.
For US orders: Order Subtotals over $50 qualify for a $10 Shipping Credit reflected in the rates in the cart **
*Items and orders that need to ship by Truck do not qualify for the $10 shipping credit.
**The Shipping Credit is currently only available to the 48 US States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Carriers that may be used include UPS and FedEx.
Items on promotion will use the discounted price to calculate towards the $50 order subtotal.
Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by shipping option.
For US orders:
FedEx Ground Economy or UPS SurePost - Order will be delivered in approx 7-10 Business Days
FedEx or UPS Ground – Order will be delivered in approx 3-5 Business Days
Truck Shipment - Orders require a delivery appointment and typically take 10-14 business days for delivery.
Items shipped by a trucking company are to the end of the truck. Please have someone to help remove the shipment from the end of the truck.
