THE LITTLE TIKES COMPANY EXPRESS WARRANTY PROGRAM

The Little Tikes Company (“Company”) makes fun, high-quality toys. We warrant to the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or date of delivery. A dated sales receipt or gift receipt, and a dated delivery confirmation document for product purchased online, is required as proof of purchase or delivery.

Approval of any claim is at the sole reasonable discretion of the Company. The only remedies available under this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part, replacement of the product, or exchange for a different product of the same or approximately the same value. You also have the option to return the product to the retailer from which it was purchased according to the retailer’s return policy, which may include exchange or refund.

This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse, product previously owned, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear, damage by battery leakage not caused by a manufacturing defect in the product, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship. Company cannot be held responsible for any damage that may arise from the use of a damaged unit.

Wet and Dry Inflatable Bouncers Warranty: We warrant to the original purchaser that the fabric in this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, and the blower is free of defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase or date of delivery. A dated sales receipt or gift receipt, and a dated delivery confirmation document for product purchased online, is required for proof of purchase or delivery.

Limited Warranty for Battery Operated Ride-on Vehicles: Notwithstanding any other warranty or provision to the contrary, for each Little Tikes Company Battery Operated Ride-On Vehicle (e.g. a Dino Dune Buggy) we warrant to the original purchaser that the product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase or delivery. A dated sales receipt or gift receipt and a dated delivery confirmation document for product purchased online, is required for proof of purchase or delivery.

These are limited warranties and give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 30-DAY PERIOD OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY.
