Credit card and PayPal

As most companies who sell online do, Little Tikes authorizes your credit card for the amount of your order at the time of purchase. An authorization means that, while the money has not actually been paid to Little Tikes, your available credit is reduced by the amount of the authorization. Even though you have not been charged for that order your available credit is reduced by the amount of your order total.

The charge is normally completed in 3 to 7 days when your order ships. If your order does not ship within ten days the authorization will expire, and the amount will be re-authorized.
Once your order ships your credit card is charged for the amount authorized. This is not a double charge.
Canada orders are calculated in US Dollars. Please note that your credit card charge will show the conversion to Canadian dollars.

Fraud Prevention

Please be aware that it is important to provide a good contact phone number and email address when ordering. You may receive a phone call or email from us verifying your order with us. We cannot release an order for shipment unless we speak to you personally.

Once you place your order on, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please check your junk mail or spam boxes for the email. Orders are processed M-F Closed holidays
When your order ships, delivery for smaller packages usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may take a few more days.
Truck shipments can take up to 14 business days for delivery. Deliveries are made M-F only and often have 4 to 6 hour delivery windows.
Deliveries are made during regular business hours only. Your order will be delivered in a large 48 ft. semi-tractor trailer. The truck will need to be able to make it to your home or business. Items that ship by trucking company are currently not available to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Truck Shipment Deliveries

The customer must sign for their delivery. The customer must provide and valid phone number for delivery. An appointment must be made to deliver your order. Drivers are not required to unload your shipment from the truck. Please be prepared to help unload your shipment from the end of the truck. If you need assistance in unloading the truck, please arrange this prior to your delivery appointment.
Address changes
Once an order has been processed the shipping address cannot be changed.
Do not refuse delivery
Your shipment may travel through many distribution centers and trucking terminals before they are delivered to your home. The boxes are handled many times. Sometimes a box may be damaged, but the product inside is not. Please sign your delivery receipt as “upon inspection box damaged or missing”. Our products are 100% guaranteed and we will replace any damaged part or missing part free of charge.

Please count the cartons before signing your delivery receipt
If any items are missing or damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt when you sign. This is our only defense to file a claim with the trucking company if a box is damaged or missing.

Return Policy

Return Policy - Number Of Days From Purchase
Returns from and Canada will only be accepted for 30 days from purchase date. Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging. Gifts purchased for December celebrations can be returned no later than January 31st.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable, this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or on item(s) where a delivery is refused. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. All sales are final on clearance items. *Please note: All refused truck or parcel orders have shipping charges that are the responsibility of the consumer.

Return Policy - Details

Truck Shipment Returns All returned truck shipments must have an approved RMA# to return to Little Tikes. Please call Little Tikes at 1-800-321-4424 ext. 3024 to inquire about a truck shipment return. The customer is responsible for all return freight expenses. The customer order number must be included on the return shipping label, so we can process a timely refund. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping rates are calculated based on the value of the order subtotal. To estimate your shipping, use the shipping calculator on each product page.

  • Certain oversize items will incur an additional fee and will be noted on the product detail.
  • Priority shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • Items purchased in multiple quantities may incur additional fees.

Many larger items ship by Truck delivery. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required. Please note that the drivers are contracted to deliver to the end of the truck only. You will be responsible for unloading the truck. Drivers do not provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service. For this reason, especially for oversized items, we recommend that you have help available to unload and move the item to its final location.

Local Pick up
If you live within 100 miles of our Little Tikes facility in Hudson, OH you can choose local pick during check out for your order. Local Pick up if free with no additional handling fees. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to be picked up.
This process generally takes 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Pick up times are: M-F 10-7, Saturdays 10-3 - Closed holidays and weekend of holidays
The individual picking up the order must provide the Order Number or a copy of the Order Confirmation Email.
The loading of products is your responsibility; please come prepared with the necessary items to safely secure your purchases back to your destination. Little Tikes is not responsible for damage to the product or injury to you during loading of the products in your vehicle.

Replacement Part Orders
All sales are final on replacement part orders. We have a no return policy on replacement part orders. Please check the model number on your product to make sure you are ordering the correct part. Many replacement parts are not compatible with older models.
