The cycle is not as nice as I thought it would be, based on previous reviews. The body of the cycle is one color, cheap plastic. The stickers add a bit of color and design. The speakers on the cycle (used for the siren, whistle, etc...) aren't very good - you can barely understand what the sounds are. The speakers distort some of the sounds. The cycle is a good concept, but poorly executed. We gave it to our son for his 1st b-day, he hasn't really enjoyed it yet (maybe in a few weeks, when he is more sure of himself on his feet). This product is just 'ok'. [...]

We were going to wrap the box but decided to open it to make sure everything was ok. Decided to put it together, I put on the stickers and my husband got a screwdriver, 10 minutes later it was done. We were so glad we did. When the present was opened all the birthday boy had to do was climb on and have fun, and boy did he! and so did all the other kids at the party. I would recommend this to everyone, not overpriced and lots of fun!!

My 15-month old child loves this rocker! It hasn't tipped over ever. She loves pushing all the buttons to hear the different sounds. Only con is this toy is very loud--wish it had a high/low volume switch. I feel it is durable enough to last through several kids.

It is a great toy for 15 months old and older. I have to supervised my son while he is on it as he rocks it too high that I sometimes feel he may fall back. Some times he also hit his chin on the front. but he enjoyes the siren and lights. Its best that the siren goes on as he rock faster.

This is one of my 16 month old daughter's favorite toys. She loves all the sounds the cycle makes--it is very interactive with different colored buttons and a key, each of which triggers a different phrase or sound and flashing lights. It seems very sturdy with good plastic and a wide base, so I don't worry about her rocking too hard or tipping over. We use this mainly indoors, or take it outdoors to play and bring it back in, because it does have electronics and require batteries, unlike some of the other rockers. Still, we wouldn't buy any other one after seeing how much she enjoys her "motorcycle."

As far as the toy itself - it's fine but, my son is a police officer so I bought this Motorcycle for his son's 2nd birthday. I was excited to give it to him until I heard the Siren - the Siren on this toy is a British siren not your typical Siren you would hear in the Southern part of the US. My grandson is very well aware of what a police siren sounds like - had it not been for the lights he wouldn't have realized it was a police motorcycle at all.

I'm not knocking the British - I just wish the siren could have been one that is heard locally...

I first got this 8 years ago for my oldest nephew. I got another one 5 years ago for the next nephew. I am disapointed in the one I got for my son. The sirens are too loud, the friendly dispatch voice was replaced with dogs barking (I think). This is one product that was better before the upgrades!

I got this toy for my son when he was about 9 months old, but he was to young for it. But when he was around 12 months old I took it back out of storage and he loved it. He found the sounds to be funny and amuseing. He slowly learned how to rock himself and by the time I knew it he had learned to stand and rock on it (supervised of coarse). It was a great toy for him too practice his balance and his fine motore skills since they have to learn to push the buttons as well. I recomend this toy all the way. Just be sure that your little one is ready for it. If they are able to walk ok and are not afraid of loud sounds then they are pretty much good to go. The toy would be great with a volume control though. Because at times it gets loud with 5 kids and it is nice to be able to lower the volume on some toys.

This was a birthday gift for my son and he loves it! It went right from the box to his party and everyone enjoyed it. If you don't like loud toys I do not reccommmend this toy for your child because it is a bit loud. My son loves it for that simple fact. He laughs everytime he makes the siren go!!

I bought this rocking motorcycle for my boy/girl twins' 1st birthday. They didn't play with it much the first 6 months, but at 18 months old, they were fighting over this toy! They are now 2 1/2 years old and they still love to ride this everyday! My only complaint is that the motorcycle noises are very loud. Why not put a volume control on this toy? Then I would have to give it 5 stars!
