My son received this for his first birthday. He is now 26 months old. He still loves this toy and rides on it alot. It has gotten lots of abuse as he chases the dog with it. LOL. It has held up. We have been lucky enough not to have had any of the issues other parents have written about. I am sure he will grow out of it before it breaks or stops using it.

We have always used this toy inside. My one year old loves it. We had had it for about four or five months before it broke. The steering wheel, which is connected to the two front wheels, broke. It comes out and so if you lift it up the two front wheels fall off. But he loves it so much we just put it back together which works until he picks it up. I willprobably get him another one. Between all the competing grandparents he received SIX different riding toys for his first birthday and this one has always been (and still is although broken) his favorite.

My husband bought this for our daughter for her 1st birthday and she loves it! She is 17months now and plays with it all the time. She pushes it around and my husband tought her how to push all her toys into a pile. She also loves hiding anything and everything in the seat. Havent had any problems with parts breaking. I highly recommend this to any little boy or daddy's litttle girl.

Our son loves pushing his truck around and put stuff in the little compartment. We bought it for him for Christmas last year and he still plays with it every day. He is now 20 months old. Can't say I have experienced bad quality like some of the other reviews.

Like the previous poster we also had the same issue with the steering wheel clips breaking making the product useless for safety reasons. The assembly that holds that scoop on also broke leaving the scoop unusable. Our dozer was also used only indoors by our 14 month old son.
The size is great for little ones to get on and off easily and the sounds are fun but the overall quality is not that of the typical Little Tikes ride-on toys

My son LOVED this truck..unfortunately the first one broke after minimal use so we exchanged it for a second one..which broke w/ minimal indoor use. Such a shame as it is such a cute toy!! I will not be purchasing a third.

My son received this for his birthday last month,we can't seem to get him off of it! We have tried other ride on toys, this one is easy for him to get off of. It rides great on carpet or hardwood floors. This is for sure is a keeper!

The steering wheel connects to the front wheel by two small little plastic "holders." These holders broke, so now the steering wheel comes out and is dangerous as my son has poked himself with and. Also, since there is nothing to hold the wheels in, the wheels fall off. The product is now useless. My son is only 15 mos old and has only used this toy indoors.
