Great toy...my boys love it. To put the net on you have to thread the longer loops of the net up through the holes in the rim and then pull the loop over the front of the plastic hook-thing that is in front of the hole. Hope that makes sense...and hope it helps. I was frustrated too at first and thought I was missing some pieces but my net stays on perfectly! =)

this product was very easy to set up and my son loves it. but we couldn't even get the net on. the net was way to small for the rim. maybe we got the wrong net in our package. i love little tikes products but have to say i was a little disapointed in the net.

This basketball set is an excellent product for kids and their parents. I bought this product at [...] for a great price and I have not been disappointed. I tested the product for about 20 minutes before my 4 year old did and had a ball. The net configuration must have changed because it does not come off. My 4 year old girl loves the thing and we have fun playing with it together. It is a little difficult for my 2 year old to shoot baskets even at it's lowest height, but she has just as much fun trying. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the locking mechanism to keep the height in place is kind of flimsy. If there was a latch on both sides, not just the right it would be much sturdier. Overall a very good product made in the USA.

We filled the base with water and it works well to hold the basketball stand up. Our kids have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I bought this for my 2 year old son and he LOVES it! He is now 3 and still LOVES it. I read the other reviews, however, we have not had any issues with the net and he and my husband plays with it every single day.

My child received this as a birthday present and the net will NOT stay on no matter what. At first I thought it was missing a part but after reading reviews realized this is quite a problem with this item. The manufacturer should really do something about this as I have owned previous basketball hoops made by a competitor and this was not a problem at all.

The product is perfectly fine, easy set, and good construction. There are issues with the net seperating itself from the rim. But there is an easy fix for that. Have about 15 small tie straps available at time of assembly. Attach one tie strap to each section of the net and rim and cut off excess. No need to return the product back to the store. My son loves it! Hours of fun!
Attention Little Tikes. In order to prevent returns, negative reviews or frustration on this product, provide the 15 tie straps and simple instructions for future buyers of this product!

I have to agree with the previous reviews. Little Tikes even has an installation video for the net which I watched. The end result is the same, poor design of the net and it will not stay attched.

Everything is fine except the net will not stay on the rim. Upon examining it, it seems the rim is of poor design. The "hooks" that are supposed to hold the net on don't. After my five year old makes about 5 or 6 baskets the loops start to come off. I'm very disapointed in this product. Another thing, I've read reviews on other websites, and guess what, that ALL mention the same thing...the net.

Santa brought this for our 2 year old because our older hoop was only 4 feet; he was ready for a 6 foot rim. Easy to assemble, looks great, but the net keeps falling off; it seems to be too thick to stay in the hooks. It has very frustrating for our toddler because he wants a "new net."
