they only thing is there was a recall on the bolts and screws only a week after i have the product! went online and ordered the replacement parts. other than that we love it!

This is a cute little playset for a child that is 1 1/2 to 2. The "sawable" plank of wood are perfect for little hands, and since they are magnetic the child can easily put it together.The only downer is that there isn't enough items to pretend with. There is a few scews and one plank only, not enough to keep a child excited about it. I luckily bought another wooden tool set so he's able to pretend he's fixing things.

Didn't want something with lots of parts for a toddler to use. Wanted something that was easy but fun. The saw works by putting the board along side of the blue guide and pushing along to make sound and pretend to cut the magnetic board. The blue guide does not stay secure on the table so it is very difficult to use. Very frustrating for a two year old to use, even for a grandparent.

I ordered this thru a special online for my son at Christmas. He is 18 moths old and just loves it. I also got additional tool sets that he bangs away on the deck with. He is still kind of young to understand it but loves working the pegs and screws and carrying the tools around. This is a good buy for kids under 3 since most tool benches I looked at had a lot of smaller pieces. The table saw feature and the drill are pretty cool and the whole unit took about 20-30 minutes to assembly. Do have your power drill handy since some of the screws are 2+ inches long.

This toy is really cute, but you guys could have done way better. First, the 4 holes for the screws and nails are on the side, behind the vis, so it's kind of hard to access. And there's only 4 holes for 2 screws and 2 nails, not much creativity here. Also, the nails goes right down without effort, so the hammer is only decorative.
The saw is really cute, but the kids have a hard time using it.
What is missing: More holes and more screws and nails, and parts to assemble. I thought we could maybe buy a kit of extra hardware and parts to assemble, but I didn't find any on this website.
