This was the big gift for the grandchildren for Christmas. It was very easy to assemble, thanks to the pre-drilled holes and easy to read instructions. The grandchildren loved it and play with it whenever they are here. We get so much joy from watching and participating with them. It is perfect for both boys and girls. The ages of our grandchildren range from 18 months to 6 years and it is played by all. Thanks for such a wonderful, imaginative, functional and creative play center. I have owned Little Tikes toys for over 25 years and still have two of your durable toy boxes. I am sure this will be around for a long time as well.

This was a great purchase for our little one. We put it together in under an hour following the instruction sheet provided. It all fit together well, there are no edges that could hurt him, he loves the sounds and sights and when the ice falls down into his glass. This was our biggest, gift purchase for him and it was well worth it, I would recommend it to any parent, I know it will be around for any future children also. We love to gather around it while he plays and he serves us from the kitchen or grill, it is wonderful imaginative play.

I read reviews about this product that said it was hard to assemble and pieces were missing so I ordered it early for a x-mas gift for my 3 year old son. It took two hours to assemble and all pieces were there. My son plays for hours on end with this kitchen set. Infact I have found my 6 year old son playing with it also on several occasions.

My daughter loves this kitchen! It is much better construction than I had expected. All of the doors fit, parts work and she has a great time cooking. The entire assembly took less than an hour and we had no problems at all. I hope to have this kitchen for many years and so far I think it should last!

My 3 year old and 17 month old play with this daily since christmas. They love pushing the buttons and the sound effects. I was amazed that the thing did not have pre-drilled holes for the doors and to attach the grill to the main unit. It would have been very easy to put together had it not been for this. The refrigerator door actually broke because the hole I carved with my drill was not quite large enough to allow the peg to rotate freely. The microwave, oven, and dishwasher doors do not line up to close fully with ease, but my children do not seem to mind. For what I paid, I would expect Little Tikes to have the holes pre-drilled to avoid the problems that I've had.

My 17 month old granddaughter loves it!!! She is constantly preparing something and loves using the grill. My son assembled it on Christmas Eve without much trouble. One of the prongs on the fridge door was broken. With a little creativity and "duck tape", he got the door on and even managed to get it to open and close. My granddaughter never even noticed. I emailed "Little Tykes" on Christmas Day and they sent replacement doors within a week. I am very pleased with [...] the quality of their product.

I bought this for my daughter from "Santa". So, I didn't put it together until Christmas Eve. Thank goodness my father was here visiting, because it took him and I both about 2 hrs to put the thing together. The plastic was warped in places that needed to be screwed together and that was a challenge. My daughter (2 1/2 yrs) loves it and actually so does my son (4 1/2yrs). But I think it is alittle pricey for the quality and it is was made in CHINA!! I wouldn't have bought that one if I could have convinced my daughter that a different one was better (made in USA).

my granddaughter has the kitchen in her bedroom and plays with it daily. it encourages creative play and i'm sure she'll play with it for years. my only complaint is some of the doors don't close completely and the ice cubes have to be put in the dispenser "just right" for them to be dispensed. Kind of difficult for a 2 year old.

Takes time to put it together. Take your time and don't get frustrated. It works great when assembled correctly. My two sons (2 and 4 yrs) love the kitchen and grill. I got shopping carts and lots of Melissa and Doug food. They have a great time!!

My husband put this kitchen together in about 2 hours with a little help from me and a lot of tv watching...follow the directions, use the suggested tools. Yes there are a few things that could line up a little bit better; just remember, this is not a kitchen renovation...its a plastic kitchen for your kids. Cant wait to unveil this tomorrow.

My kids love the kitchen now that it is fully assembled. However, the assembly is more than challenging especially if trying to do it alone. The holes are not pre-drilled into the plastic and the doors do not fit or line up correctly. Definitely a two person project.

I know some of the reviews said they had trouble with this product but I think it is great! Our two year old really loves it. I had NO trouble with assembly (but I did use a GOOD cordless driver instead of a screwdriver). I didn't have any trouble with doors not aligning or with the quality of the product. The ice maker works fine as long as you stick the cubes in the right way. I would absolutely recommend this product!

like most everyone else we had a hard time putting this together. First of all the ENGLISH instructions were missing so we had to look at pictures and try to figure it out on our own. All the doors pretty much don't line up. The spot for the microwave doesn't fit at all. we were up half the night xmas eve putting this together. I'm sure my kids won't care one bit tho.

This product was a nightmare to assemble. It took 3 hours to put it together. The construction was HORRIBLE. The doors do not close correctly, the microwave door kept falling off (my husband had to fix it so the that it would stay on), the holes are too small for the knobs to fit in, the ice maker on the refrigerator door did not work and the knob broke off, and the plastic is flimsy. We bought this as a Christmas gift for our 3yr old son and 2 yr old daughter. If we had not have put it together on December 23rd I would have taken it back and purchased a kitchen of better quality. I am VERY upset with the craftsmanship of this kitchen! The only thing that makes me give it 3 stars is joy it has brought to our children.

I purchased this for my daughter who was almost 3 year-old then. She loved it! Now she's almost 4 and still adores it, as does her brother who is 1 and loves pushing the grill button.
This set attracks kids from all ages, from my daughter's friends to my step daughter who is now 8. It's a great pretend play where more than 1 person can participate. Also, it keeps her entertained when there's no one else to play with her.

Purchased for 3 1/2 year old and for furture use of 1 yr old.

Took about 2.5 hrs to put together - nothing difficult just slow going (had the help of 1 yr old).

Works great, looks good, kids absolutely love it.

We have little tikes products from when my wife and I were little kids (longer ago than I care to mention) - the construction is very durable and we plan on having this for the grandkids to use.

Couldn't be happier with this product. Bought for my 1 1/2 yr old grandaughter for Christmas. Not only was it the highlight of her Christmas morning but there hasn't been a day since, that she hasn't played with it (even though she's still growing into it, now that she's 2). The fire & sizzle grill attachment was a great idea. She loves it!!

We bought this for our 2 yr old son. He loves it! The cooking sounds from the grill and the cooktop make this kitchen seem real. It's the first toy he goes to in the mornings. Durable construction. Some of the holes were a little off during assembly, but I just used our drill to widen the holes. The directions are very clear and the stickers are durable too!

I am so dissapointed in this product.I agree with others workmanship is terrible. The microwave on our kitchen as well as all the doors don't match. I thought with the made in the USA sticker I would have gotten my moneys worth. The up side my grandson seems to enjoy it.

The down side is that while I was putting it together....I had a pretty tough time. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong when the doors didn't close right or even when the microwave door kept falling off when I would open it. On closer inspection...it's not my fault! The holes aren't drilled in the right spot and the microwave door isn't sized right for the place it's supposed to fit.

On the up side....my daughter doesn't notice ANY of that...she loves the grill feature and the working ice maker. We'll probably just screw the microwave shut or something. I just wish that I could have found a kitchen that she loved AND worked the way it's supposed to.

It took me literally 3 hours to put this kitchen together but it was well worth it! My 19 month old daughter now does not want to leave the playroom. She is afraid of the grill sounds however. I agree with some of the other posts about the assembly issues - the doors don't seem to line up exactly or close perfectly. The fridge and microwave doors don't close smoothly and I had to put a piece of velcroe on the coffee pot to keep it from falling off. It does seem flimsier than the older kitchens I have seen - but my daughter is so happy that all of that doesn't even matter!

We bought this kitchen for our BOYS for Christmas. They are 3 and 10 months. Both boys play, the 3 year old obviously is more capable of pretend play, however our little guy loves all the sounds the kitchen makes. We love that there are two sides to the kitchen and that there is a grill (my husband felt it made the kitchen more "manly"). We've had this product for a little over three months, and it gets played with everyday. It was not hard to put together, a little time consuming...but well worth the end product. It's wonderful!

I purchased this kitchen for a little girl's first birthday.She just loves it. I like how you can play with it from both sides and the grill is outstanding, just like a real gas grill. I also like that you can hang the skillets above the sink, lots of storage so you can add more play food and other kitchen items.

We bought this little tikes kitchen to update the one we had for the last 9 years. All I have to say is major mistake. The durablity of the plastic sucks! Not like the sets of 9 years ago where it was heavy duty. My husband spent well over an hour trying to get the knobs on this thing. Had I know the plastic was cheap all around I would not have paid the money for this. I would have stayed with the old set. My son even broke the door off of this just the other day and we bought it for a christmas gift for our 2 year old daughter. This is not the type of quailty I expect to see from Little Tikes. My kids really love this kitchen set. [...] I was very pleased with that. There were only a couple of downfalls to this toy. The main downfall was that there were some parts that didn't have holes for the doors. This made it very hard to get the doors on during the assembly. The doors don't quite shut right because of it. Also, the ice cubes don't fall out of the ice maker very easily. The only way we have been able to get them to come out is by having the door open and pushing them through. My kids still really enjoy this product, so I would recommend this to others.

I have a 6 year old daughter and a 2 1/2 year old son. We got this playset for Christmas and like most, had a difficult time putting it together, i.e. holes not big enough for knobs etc. Our set was missing all of the decals and though we ordered new ones, the company was doing inventory so we had to wait and are still waiting for them to arrive. In the meantime, my children have managed to snap off the refrigerator door. I know it is just plastic but I thought little tikes products were more resilient than that so I am a little discouraged.

My 2 year old daughter loves this kitchen. She has spent hours playing with it. My daughter is petite, so the counter of the kitchen set is a little shorter than her shoulders. Although the box says you can use a regular screwdriver or a power drill, I recommend the power drill for assemble. I only had one concern. The grill has pretend flames, when batteries are installed. I opted not to use this function because I don’t want my daughter to think that playing with fire is okay under any circumstances.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS TOY FOR THE FACT THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS CAME ON TWO DIFFERENT PAGES AND THE FIRST PAGE WAS FINE BUT THE SECOND PAGE WAS ON HOW TO BUILD A PLAY HOUSE. I took 3.5 hours on Christmas morning putting it together. It wasn't exactly difficult but 3+ hours speaks for itself. When my 3 year old woke up, he played with the set for 6 hours straight. It works well with multiple kitchen and food play kits. Since then, we've had about 8 kids over, ages 2-8 and they all loved playing pretend kitchen. Great playset and would definitely buy again.

This kitchen was the one I wanted the design of it was perfect but when I went to put it together I had to terrible time. The knobs on the doors are way to big for the holes that they are to go into the dial for the oven broke when I was putting it together.
