My daughter loves the Princess coupe but I keep finding the red screw covers in her mouth! Very scary! We put the toy together very well and still having the issue. We finally just took all of the screw covers off! Be very careful! Otherwise, a great toy!

Love this little car for our baby girl. She absolutely loves it and can easily get in and out of it on her own (she just turned one). Only downside is that it was extremely difficult to put together. Took my husband about 2 hours to assemble - definitely worth it but give yourself time and don't get frustrated!

Used the hairdryer trick to get the roof supports in. Glad I read the other reviews to follow their advice. Thought I was just getting weak in my old age! Video instructions show putting screws in for roof early.....big tip that is not in written instructions.

This is an awesome toy, and the fact that it is harder to put together than a scale version of the Eiffel Tower using silly putty and carpet fibers didn't matter once I let my 20 month old daughter loose on it.

The front posts are extremely difficult to put in. Following the advice of another reviewer, we heated the ends of the posts with our hairdryer for about thirty seconds. It worked, and went together quite easily after that.

My daugher recieved as a gift for her 1st bday. Hubby put together (took an 1 hour) but he is mechanically inclined and used his own tools for the job. I thought she would be too young to use this gift but to my surprised she climbed right in (the middle of hubby still putting together). This is the only toy she is fascinated by and holds her interest for more than 2 minutes...try 1/2 or more! For hours, she will just stand there opening and closing the door, getting in and getting out. She doesnt' seem to tire from it. She couldnt' walk at the time she first got this, but could pull to stand and it was very easy for her to climb in and out w/ out boo-boos. She is now 15 months and still loves her car. She plays with it inside and gets in it for walks to the park.
We had this car at our block party last week and the 3-5 yr olds were having great fun with it "driving" it up and down the street. It is so durable that I did not worry about it getting broken by neighborhood kids, and it was still in great shape when I brought it back home later that evening.

I love almost everything about this car, the only problem i had with it was assembly those two front post wouldn't go in no matter what i tried. So finally i called the little tikes customer service and they said to use a blow dryer to heat up the ends of the posts and what do you know they slid right in. Besides that i love it and would recommend it to anyone with that helpful little hint.

I love the handle in the roof to help parents steer the car. My niece has the older version without it and I remember how much my back hurt pushing that one around. Two thumbs up for that handle! The removable floor is also awesome so my young daughter can use it without sliding out the bottom.

We bought this for our daughter's first birthday and put it together for her right away. The assembley was a little difficult because some items didn't go together the way they were meant to and the roof was hard to get on because of the screws in the cup holder part. But we did it and our daughter loves it! She is too little to "drive" in it with her feet on the floor but she'll push it around from the outside and sometimes she just goes and sits it and closes the door. I liked this car soo much I bought one for our friend's daughter too!

This product is great. I purchased it because my daughter had road tested it many times and always headed straight for it when at friends houses.

I found the assembly a bit fiddly, but pretty straight forward except for those front posts. My goodness they were hard to slot in, I nearly threw it over the fence!

In the end I went on the internet to see if there were any hints or tips. I found this website and the comment stating that brute force was the only way and it worked. I put one leg inside the car and the other outside, placed a tea towel over the top of the post and pushed and it finally slotted in. I ended up putting the roof on at the end. It may have been simpler with 2 people.

My daughter still loves the car, so the pain was worth it :-))

My kids loves the "Cozy Coupe" well thought out design and engineer. Very Durable. Only issue is the installation of the front pillars it took me over 20 minutes to put them in. I called "Little Tikes" for advice and they stated I could put some soap and water on the joints or wack it with a mallet. Both does not work, alot of brutal force was used to get them in. Advice have something or someone in front of the car to prevent it from rolling away and sit on the car and pray while pushing down and forward.

The car itself is great, my 17 month old daughter loves it. She is so happy that she's able to get in & out on her own. I feel the assembly instructions are very poor - it only includes pictures, no words. Some of it was difficult to assemble - you really have to muscle it together (I even had to use a hammer). It also says you don't need a drill, although the drill made it MUCH easier to get the screws through the plastic since the holes don't already exist.

directions were HORRIBLE. All pictures, no words. Plus, be prepared to need a drill. There are no holes. Makes it very hard to put the screws in. Took over and hour to assemble. Both our girls (12mo and 3yrs) love it. That is the only thing that makes the trouble we went through putting it together worth it.

MY DAUGHTER IS 22 MONTHS AND SHE LOVES HER NEW CAR...SHE GOES ON IT OVER AND OVER ALL DAY SHE PUTS HER DOLL IN THE CAR AND STARTS PUSHING ALL AROUND THE HOUSE..EVEN THOUGH TIRES LOOK CHEAP AND THEY DON'T TURN TO EASILY.. ITS WORTH IT AFTER SEEING YOUR KID HAPPY.

I used to have a child care business and this was one of the favorites of the small children I watched and I have had one at the house for both of my grand children now. It has always been a favorite of any child I've been around and not only provides exercise but the use of their imagination as they cruise around. It is safe, fun, extremely durable and children seem to feel they are driving a real car. Kids just LOVE it
