Love this car. We have the basic cozy coupe and the police coupe, and my kids couldn't get enough of it. My kids love to "drive" their cars all around the house. Highly recommend all little tikes toys, easy to assemble and very durable, I have yet to come across a tikes toy that brakes easily, and with my kids that says something.

My son loves his firetruck. I on the other hand had a hard time putting it together. The pieces didn't connect as the should therefore the door won't stay on. I've also purchased the police car version of this coupe and had no problems at all with that one.

Too cute and easy to use. For a little person whose legs aren't quite long enough yet, it's easy to push and steer. For a little bit bigger child, it'sgreat for developing leg muscles and foot coordination. Our grandsons love the way the driver's side door opens. The only bad part is that the step up is a bit, and it's hard for a little one to get situated in the seat. The boys have gotten their booties stuck in the floorboard area many times. Overall, it's a great playtoy and so much more developmentally sound than a battery operated, do-it-all, just sit there car.

This car is wonderful, my son especially likes the sirens it plays. The only down side is that the directions were in picture format and after my husband assembyled the car the front wheels are not right. Due to the lack of information on the directions we are unable to correct this problem.

The cozy coupe I purchased for my children 20 years ago was sturdy and well constructed. This model that I purchased for my grandchildren is very flimsy and the tips over when our grandson is climbing in or out of the car. The older models had a wider wheel base and were heavier and we never had problems with it overturning.

My year-and-a-half old nephew LOVES his new fire truck. The sirens on the roof don't do anything, but they look cool and make this car much cooler than the plain old original. The hand radio makes siren noises - not too loud though, that's nice. Went together very easily and was ready for use within 20 minutes of opening the box.

This car was the first toy my child tried to pull another child off of to play with at a birthday party, so Santa brought him one! It did take a little while for myself and my husband to put together but I know why these last so long, they don't come apart once they are together. We were going to use it outside but he plays with it EVERYDAY so it has stayed inside....overall love it! The company is very reputable for their long lasting durability and I can see why!

My husband, a grandfather, who had put together many riding toys needed an interpreter for the directions to this toy, which had NO directions in English! The Picture assembly was, however, numbered; so he managed to very laboriouly follow the pictures! The procedure was a nightmare!! Infact, it was 2 nights worth of nightmares, and tonight when we celebrated an early Christmas with our young grandson, our grandson was able to pull out the steering wheel very easily. Tomorrow, Granddaddy will spend the day rebuilding the Ride and Ready Cozy Coup. It was disappointing to our grandson and frustrating to his grandfather who had followed very poor instructions, only to have the malfunction of the toy in such a short time. I will just have to pooh-pooh on the quality of Little tykes products from this day forward. I will steer toward more quality and instruction in the equipment for my grandchildren to avoid the disaster of poor workmanship and the lack of pride building in such toys for children. My grandson would have recommended that the lights on top of the vehicle actually light. He noticed that immediately. By the way, he was only 21 months old today.

I think my grandson's favorite thing about the coupe is the 'trunk' (the little scooped area in the back). His 14 month old cousin likes the microphone. The adults like that the noise isn't too noisy.

My son loves it and has had hours of use indoors and outdoors in it, it is one of the best toys he has. Getting it put together requires some muscle though. Was missing a part and even though I contacted Little tykes twice I never received the part or any acknowledgment of contact, however we happened to have a part left over from something else that we were able to use.

My son absolutely loves his new fire truck but mom wasn't so thrilled about putting it together! They could make this a bit easier to assemble. The holes are mostly lined up but the top required some screws and it didn't even have pre-drilled holes. I'd have to say the top of the car was by far the hardest part to assemble and it took me about an hour and a half to put it together. Overall we're very happy with our purchase tho. (After my nerves have settled)lol.
