So many "cooking" toys appear gender-specific by color. Our grandson loves to cook. Love the primary colors which truly make this toy feel non-specific.

This was a Santa gift. The two youngest children play with this at least 4-5 days a week. They love it. I am sure it will get more playtime when the weather is warmer and he can pretend he is grilling with Dad.

We bought this as a Christmas present for our grandson who is 2 yrs old. He just loves it. He pushes it all over the house and asks everybody "how may I help you"? He thinks he's working at McDonald's grilling hamburgers. It's really funny.

This grill was alittle hard to put together. All the srews don't stay in place, and if you tighten them to much they mess you the plastic. I had to add my own washes to keep them in place. My son is two and loves playing with it and wheels it all over the house cooking. Makes real cooking sounds but only for short periods of time. You have to keep hitting the buttom.

My husband and I chose this BBQ grill for our 2 1/2 year old son for christmas. He loves to BBQ with daddy and this gives him a chance to take control and be just like his daddy. He also recieved a kitchen for christmas and the grill cordinates great with it. A funny thing he does do with it, it that he uses the handle to push it all over the house like a buggy. My only cons that I have experienced with it are that he has taken the lid off several times and if he gets something small down in the coals area the grill plate doesn't come off real easy to get it out. Overall I really like it.

I really like the size and detail of this item. It is very sturdy and well priced as are all Little Tikes products. We did experience some issues trying to get the wheels on the rods with the caps properly placed. It seems there could be an easier, less frustrating way to affix the caps. I would reccommend this item to anyone. And they sent a survey about their product - who does that?! Class act all the way around.

We bought this for our son's 3rd birthday and he loves it. He likes to push it around from room to room and when I'm ccoking in the kitchen he comes to "cook" with me and same thing when we are grilling! He loves the noises, lights, food, the hook for the spatula - he just loves it all. Very cute toy and I'm glad we got it for him. The assembly was a little challenging - but overall, this is a great toy!

My 2yr old son got this for his birthday and he and his 4yr old brother both enjoy it. I had considered a kitchen but was afraid it was too "girly." I found this and it was perfect! The boys love cooking me burgers and hotdogs and serving them to me. I also bought some extra food items to go along with it. They love the fire and cooking sounds and call "it's ready" when it dings. It's very durable. My 2yr old climbs on top of it and knocks it over and it holds up just fine. We use it along side their playhouse outside or inside as well. My only complaint is I wish it came with 2 spatulas or more than one kind of cooking utensil. It has hooks for 2 but only comes with one. I just let them "borrow" tongs and spatulas of mine.

My 20 month old LOVES his grill. He wants to do everything like Daddy so this is great. He cooks for us all of the time. I even gave him a set of salad tongs to use with it. I wish it had some more food with it. I also would like a little storage bin on the bottom. I like that it has wheels, it makes it easy to move it in from outside. It is the perfect height for him and he loves the lights and sounds. I am not too fond of the stickers, but he likes it.

This grill is super cute and my son loves it! The light up feature & the noise it makes definitely make the toy seem realistic.
My only complaint is that at times it tends to come to life on it own, when no one is playing with it. It will make the ticking noise and buzz. Since there's no on/off feature I'm not sure what to do about it. The batteries we put in it are brand new so it can't be b/c of that.

The bar b que tray keeps falling off the grill. The screws keep falling out of the plastic grill stand. I have had to put the screws back in so many times that the plastic holes will not keep the screws in place.

This product is wonderful. My 3 year old received this item from Santa for Christmas. He wanted a grill to be just like Daddy. The grill effects are wonderful, he loves the switch that makes it sizzle. Wonderful toy and the price is very reasonable. [...]The one maybe draw back, it could be a little taller, but it works for my son. He is average heighth.
