I bought one for my house 3 years ago. My granddaughter loved it so much I bought her one for her birthday for her house. She loves the flames and sounds the grill makes. She also loves the coffee pot and the sounds the front burner makes. You've captured so much to keep little ones interested. Thank you! Grandma

All the other reviews were true on difficult assembly. My husband and a friend put this together in two hours. Some parts would not fit without force and one of the doors does not stay flush and shut. But our daughter hasnt noticed, nor do i think she cares! It is a hit at playdates with lost of room so everyone can play. The grill is ultra cute and probably her favorite part.. Adorable kitchen.. We love it.

My grandbaby loves this center. She gets up in the mornings when she's at my house and wants to cook for MawMaw. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth due to the fact that she plays with this piece all the time and really enjoys herself while playing. I love playing with her with this piece of merchandise. We have coffee, she cooks me hamburgers and hotdogs, and loves talking on the phone.

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

This took the 2 of us just 1.5 hours to assemble. Some advice PUT THE STICKERS ON FIRST! My kids love it. My main complaint is that it does not have good storage places for additional play dishes and food. The cupboard could be deeper + bigger and the sink should be deeper. We bought baskets for storage. The grill sounds are very loud, the kids love it; I think it needs a volume control. My daughter thinks that the coffee pot is the absolute best. I don't regret this purchase!!

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

One of the major pieces was so warped that we had to get a drill and vice grips to hold it together long enough to secure the pieces together. There's still a large gap (1 in.) despite our attempts to fix the warped plastic. Also, the stickers were not perforated properly. One sticker had a hole where it should have been a complete piece and one needed a hole but didn't have one.

Despite our frustration in assembling this product, our boys (16 mos, 4.5 yrs) enjoy playing with it.

If you're looking for a play kitchen, I would recommend a wooden one instead of plastic. From the reviews I've read, misshapen pieces seem to be a trend among plastic kitchens.

Fun for the kids

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

I assembled this myself on Christmas Eve, and it was fairly easy to do. The grill burner works well, but the kitchen stove burner stopped working on the 2nd day, despite a change of batteries, etc. It's not worth returning the whole thing just for a sound effect, but a little disappointing. The "magic" coffee pot arrived with the coffee inside all dried up, but I emailed the company and they promptly replaced it within a week.
Bottom line: some small glitches, kids love it and it keeps them amused, plus there are 2 sides so I can separate them if they start fighting--one goes to the grill, one to the kitchen side.
I can't guarantee there won't be any problems with your kitchen set, however the company does make a good faith effort to resolve any issues promptly, and that is very important to me.

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

Our 14 month grandson loves it. He likes to put the "food" in the refrigerator and then take it out again. The grill makes realistic flames and sizzle sounds. A few of the stickers weren't cut properly, but no big deal. The dishwash door and oven door seem a little flimsy and make loud clack when opened. Overall well worth it.

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

This product is really fun for my kids 1 & 3 to play with, something for both of them and I absolutely love the many options it provides with the indoor/outdoor themes that can perhaps be a store, restaurant or grill and kitchen. I purchased a cash register and shopping bags with some soft food and a general play food and they have a blast "cooking" for us. However, the front cabinet doors are so awful I almost don't recommend the product. Not sure why they couldn't make them as awesome as the fridge door, which opens and shuts easily for my 1 year old. More cabinet space or counter space is also a bit of a drawback. Also, while putting this product together I had to enlist help from someone who had a drill (the instructions say screwdriver?) that could drill a hole and then put in the screw. May need some help to hold the product together. I recommend putting the product together first so you know how the pieces fit together. Also, you have to force in some of the doors (microwave door, ie) and it is very flimsy on the tabs so I had to order another one. Finally the canopy has very flimsy tabs that hold it so don't use a hammer like the instructions say, even with the black middle piece.

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

This kitchen is pretty nice, but very hard to assemble as none of the holes are pre drilled. I know it said not to use a drill, but I did in the interest of time, being where it was also Christmas Eve night when I put it together! As a result, the parts don't match up perfectly, but my son doesn't notice that, so it's not a huge deal. Only thing that I can say went wrong was the microwave door broke when I tried to pop it into the holes, so it always falls off now. Other than that, my son seems to like it, but mostly only for the grill side!

We purchased this kitchen playset for our 2 little granddaughters for Christmas. One is three, the other just a year old. This was a great fit. Enough gadgets for the three yr old to use her imagination yet easy to push buttons and sounds that the one year old loves. Also helpful that it has two sides so that one can be in the kitchen and one can cook out on the grill!

This was a Christmas present for our 3-yr old son. We liked the two-sided design (great for smaller spaces). We found the assembly pretty easy once we broke out the cordless drill and other than a broken microwave door, all of the parts were there and intact. Our son loves wearing the chef's hat and gets a kick out of the "fire" in the grill!

We bought this for our kids for Christmas (ages 2 and 4) The grill section looks like it has flames moving and was a big hit with our son! The stickers have to go on before the knobs...and we didn't do that so we had to cut those to get them on! Otherwise went together well. The fridge door does seem to fall off easily. Otherwise the kids love it!

We bought this item for our 2 1/2 yr old son for Christmas this year. He loves it! Able to use both sides & LOVES the grill feature...realistic. FYI...you need to put the stickers on the oven & dishwasher before putting the nobs on...whoops. Using a drill would make assembly easier, but doable without. Love this item & we also bought the shopping cart to go with...great addition!

My grandchildren love their new "house" and make a dash to the playroom whenever they visit us. They cook up all sorts of wonderful items and use the window to take and fill orders from the grill area. The assembly was not too great. We had to drill our own holes for the screws. Part of the instructions were missing. One thing we learned is to place the stickers on the plastic BEFORE adding knobs. It is next to impossible to do it after you're finished putting it together. The instructions didn't mention this at all.

I read a lot of reviews on this product about pieces missing or broken when they purchased it, so I bought the kitchen 2 months before my daughter's birthday. I definitely agree to buy early, because Little Tikes was very cooperative in sending replacement parts at no cost (with proof of purchase--receipt and manufacture date), but it did take a while. Overall I LOVE this kitchen. The oven and dishwasher doors are very loud, but I am hopeful that they will quiet down with more use!

We've owned this for about 2 years now and it's still holding up strong, still super fun! Didn't take us much time at all to assemble...I did it without using the instructions even. We did need a drill but, really, it's not that big a deal. We love that it's a two-in-one kitchen on one side and grill on the other side. And the fridge door is magnetic! So cute. My daughter is 3 1/2 and my nephew is 19 months old and they both play with it all the time, they have tons of fun. The one thing that's a bummer about it all is that the liquid in the coffee pot has evaporated.

I agree with the other person - the fridge door is just a tiny bit too wide, making it hard to close. Aside from that, it wasn't too bad, except that it is time consuming. It took me 2 hours in total.
Also, the phone does fall off the hook very easily, and the kids have trouble getting it on. I think the hook would work better to hang an apron on.
Also, the handle on the fridge door was broken off when this arrived. Hopefully, they will not give me a hard time about sending out a replacement handle.
The other thing I don't like is that when you open the doors on the dishwasher or the oven, the plastic hinge catches on something and it makes a really loud snap sound.
I wouldn't call it flimsy, and I wouldn't call it poor design, but the parts could fit together a bit better.
Aside from all those little complaints, it is a really fun toy for the kids. They've been having a great time playing together and they like the fact that they can play on opposite sides of it at the same time.
The BBQ is neat. When you press the ignition button, you hear 3 clicks and then sounds of the BBQ lighting, and it lights up red inside and there are flames. It's pretty cool. (Not sure why there are 3 clicks, because in my experience, if a real BBQ doesn't start after the 2nd try with the ignition switch, you'll burn the hair off your head with the fireball that comes out...)
The knobs for the oven & dishwasher turn and click, which is neat, too. Too bad there aren't some beeping buttons on the microwave. Also, too bad you can't turn the knob on the tap for the sink. That would have been a nice touch.

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

*Our 2 year old thinks it's great and quite realistic.
*It took us over 3 hours to assemble due to the picture only instructions AND the fact that parts were missing - the screws were missing from ours and makes assembly impossible. VERY frustrating!!
*Love the concept but it isn't as durable as we'd hoped.
*Refrigerator door doesn't fit properly, therefore is difficult to close.
*I agree with some of the others regarding the telephone...it doesn't stay on.
*On the sticker package there is an item that we cannot seem to locate the place for. We don't see it in the picture nor in the instructions.

Got this for our kids, ages 1 and 3, last Christmas. They have gotten hours and hours of fun from it. Still play with it all the time. Great investment. Especially like the magnetic refrigerator door and the disappearing coffee pot.

We have had this for almost 2 years now. My 2 & 5 year olds are both still playing with it & loving it. I do home daycare & it is really holding up to all the kids playing with it daily. The only issues we have had is the kids love to knock the flowers off & broke one. Also the coffee pot liquid seems to have evaporated some over time. GREAT PURCHASE!

Comments about Little Tikes Inside/Outside Cook 'n Grill™ Kitchen:

I just put this together a few days ago and my 2 children love it! It was easy to put together, although the instructions say do not use a power drill, I did and was careful not to go too deeply into the plastic. It worked great and only took about 1 hour to put together. I love that it is 2 sided, as I couldn't find this feature on any other kitchen. The only thing I wish it had were more kitchen features that made noises, like maybe the microwave make a noise or the oven or dishwasher, but other than that it has been perfect!
