Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

My mother in law found a filthy version of this toy stored outdoors at a tag sale for [$]. It didn't have the food/phone parts but she cleaned it up with soap and water, replaced the batteries, and it's good as new! We had all the pots/pans/food before but I was too cheap to buy the kitchenette! We love it and my 2 year old son loves it too. He loves the microwave of course. I think the design for the doors not closing completely is on purpose so kids don't get their fingers caught in there. Great toy! Recommended!

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

I originally purchased this kitchen for my one year old son in 2004(despite my husband's protests that a play kitchen is a girl's toy). I thought the colors and overall design were well suited for him. In 2005, his sister was born and watching them play with it together has been a joy. Now, their one year old brother can join in. What a smart investment, if I say so myself. I agree that the microwave door doesn't close properly and the faucet was broken during our move last month & it's currently out of stock, hope it gets here soon. Crazy as it may sound, I'd buy another one if I couldn't replace the faucet(don't tell my husband, though!)

My 20 month daughter enjoys playing with her kitchen. She likes the buttons on the microwave the best because they make noise. This is a very cute design.

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

It provides imaginative fun for my daughter. Has nice accessories (pots, food items, utensils...). Attractive compared to many. Very durable and not as noisy when the doors are banged as a wooden version. Can be used by 1 to 2 chidren nicely. Microwave door doesn't completely close, but the sound effects are great. Overall, I am very happy with kitchen.

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

My son is 21 months old and the kitchen holds his attention for up to 45 minutes at a time. He has had a blast with it when other kids come over for playdates (age ranges 12 months to 3.5 years.) I think it has just enough things that make noise - stovetop, sink, and microwave. He also loves "cleaning up" his kitchen and putting things away in the cupboards. I bought some extra toy food for him and it really adds to the fun. We had a tough time with assembly-might be easier with an electric screwdriver. (Disclaimer: My husband and I are NOT handy and had gone to a Christams party before putting it together- this probably contributed to our trouble assembling it.)

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It's very sturdy, she pulls herself up on to the countertop so she can reach the microwave buttons. She's just 22 months so a little too short to reach all the buttons. I've since then gotten her a step stool. She loves the sounds and buttons the best.

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

We bought this item for Christmas for our children (3 and 10 months old), we went to put it together Christmas eve and discovered we were missing parts from the box - all the doors were missing, a little frustrating BUT the company responded immediately when I notified them and are sending the parts to me only downfall is it will take 2-6 weeks. I have read other reviews claiming that they were also missing parts. I would still recommend this product to others but would recommend buying it in plenty of time if it is a gift and making sure all the parts are there even if you are not putting it together right away so to avoid disappointment.

Comments about Little Tikes Cookin’ Fun Interactive Kitchen™:

Wanted to get a play kitchen for our 2 year old daughter for christmas. Came across this one a few months before christmas and was hooked. I didn't order it though I wanted to see what else was out there. By time christmas came along this kitchen was still 1# on my list. I mean she needs something that lights up and makes noises. (doesn't every kid?) So we got it, it took my husband not even a half-hour to do. The minute she saw it that was worth the money alone. I mean the mirowave makes noises, the faucet really sounds like water is running, and the stove makes a sizzling noise and even knows what food is being cooked. Even better she likes to bring the food that was provided up to me and wants to know what its called. We want to buy more fruits and vegetables so we can teach her the names of those to. WOW what a kitchen educational and fun at the same time.
