Mr. Granddaughter who just turned two loves her new swing set! I find the area where the small slide is located is a little dangerous for her. A small ladder or rock wall should be attached and enchangable with small slide for determination of locations of either piece. For small children this is a hazard.

Purchased this to keep my 18-month-old busy and happy and out of the flower beds. So far, it works! She loves playing on the smaller slide and will climb up one side and slide down the other over and over again. We also purchased the toddler swing which is getting a lot of use. (It's great for her to be able to swing without a trip to the park!)
My husband and I assembled it in about 2 hours while our daughter was taking a nap. It's definitely a two-person job, but pretty easy to figure out and assemble. It feels sturdy and looks nice in the yard (for a swing set). The only slightly negative thing is the plastic covers over the screws pop open.

I bought a toddler swing separately since my daughter is 11 months old and she loves it. My cousins are 2.5yo and love the whole thing. I anticipate years of use. It was a bit tricky to assemble though because the directions are horrible. There are hardly any words and the pictures are confusing and not to scale. Be aware if you are picking up from the factory in Hudson, Oh-it comes in 2 boxes and they are huge-but not too heavy-we had to borrow a pickup truck but my husband and I were able to load and unload without much difficulty.

My 17-month old grand-daughter loves her new activity center. She is on it and under it and swings endlessly in her "baby" swing that we have on it. I know it will last a long, long time with her ... and we can even add to it as she gets older.

We got this set used. It's about 5 years old, but it's still in great shape except that the red slides have faded. I also noticed that the floor of the fort is a bit soft from the sun's heat as other reviews have noted, but it's still very sturdy. Our children are 1 and 2 years old, and they both LOVE it. We attached the Little Tikes toddler swing that we already owned in place of one of the swings, so both kids can enjoy it. When I bring the kids home from daycare, I can't get them inside to eat dinner! Our daughter says, "No, no, no! I NEED to slide," or "I NEED to swing!" We also have the 8-in-1 set and the turtle sandbox, so the kids have the perfect Little Tikes playground in our back yard. Needless to say we have been spending hours each evening outside playing with the kids. That is exactly what I envisioned when I got the equipment--quality family time.

We received this as a hand me down swing set from a friend of mine....she purchased it four years ago and it's still going strong (her son simply grew out of it). We have 3.5 year old twin girls and they love it! It's really stood up over the years with very little obvious wear and tear. The swings are still in great shape. The only reason I put difficult assembly is because she told me it was a little tricky...but transporting it to our yard was super easy. We removed the swings and separated it into three parts for transport. I would highly recommend this set to anyone with smaller children (younger than six). You will definitely get a lot of use out of it!

We got this set ofr our almost 2 yr old son. He loves it! We did buy a toddler swing for him to use for now. So far we are pleased with the purchase. It was a little hard to put together, but it is a swing set...not sure that it should be totally easy. Perfect size for our small yard and I could see my son using it for years to come.

I was so pleasently surprised when the playground arrived. I was easy to assembly. I have twin 15 month olds and they love the swings (I bought toddler bucket swing seats). They enjoy climbing and have the choice of the two slides. My daughter is even figuring out the rope climb. I am sure that we will get at least 2-3 years of use before we need to upgrade. The product is recommended for ages 3-6. I definitlythink it can be used for younger kids since mine are on it everyday.

I do like this set not that it is together. It took SOOO long to fit the pieces together. I didn't think it was difficult to understand, just a few pieces that didn't fit well. Also, would have been nice to inclue at least one of the two swings as a toddler swing, instead of having to but one. One other thing is that the 'floor' at the top of the larger slide seems a little flimsy to me when in the sun...and it is an outside toy.
Overall, a good swing set/climber...

Both sets of grandparents bought this set for our baby granddaughter on her 2nd birthday. Her father and uncle set it up the day before the big celebration, and she loves it - as did all the other kids at the party up to her 12-year old sister's size. Overall, we are very happy with this swingset. However, for the size of this set it would be much better if it included infant swings instead of the older kid swing. We had to pay an additional [...] to buy the appropriate size swing for our 10month old.

My daughter loves this swing and slide combo. Only dislikes is by the small silde there is no railing and kids could fall off. 2nd dislike is the stablizing rods are very hard to get into the ground. They are so long, I am afraid I will hit a gas line. Anyone have any other ideas to hold the swingset in place?

My daughter is 14 months old and loves her new swing set/climber. She is able to climb up by herself. Her favorite part at this time is "driving". As others have reviewed the set takes some time putting together especially since there are no words and only pictures. But after 3 1/2 hours it was put together with no problems. We are very pleased that we made this purchase.

I purchased this for my grandson's 1st birthday and he is now turning 8 yrs old. He enjoys playing on it with his 6 1/2yr old brother and his friends. Our (almost) 3-year-old LOVES the swing, which is very sturdy when tethered, and our 13-month-old loves the bigger slide. It was a bit difficult to put together at first because of only illustrated directions; it took 3 adults almost 3 hours. The kids love playing on it, although the material gets quite hot during the day under the sun. One complaint, though, is that it has no step to get onto it, only the little slide (which is really too little for anyone and kind of pointless) and the rope climber, which is okay for the older one but not the younger. Otherwise, we really love it, and it takes up just the right amount of yard space and is very nice-looking and durable.

We have had this set for about 2 weeks now. It is great for toddlers and small kids. My 9-month old can crawl through the connector piece on the climber, and use it to pull to a stand. In a few months she will be able to slide down the smaller slide. I also have a 2 1/2 year old, and he loves it. He loves climbing up the rope ladder on the side, using the steering wheel, and sliding down the bigger slide. Both kids love to swing, but we had to buy the Little Tikes baby and toddler swings. The swings that come with the set are not suitable for kids under about 3 years old. I would definitely recommend it[...]

The kids love it, but I sure don't like that there aren't any steps for the littlest ones opposite the tiny slide, or the giant opening over the "rope ladder". And seriously -- a rope ladder for little kids? We didn't install ours for fear of one of them getting caught up in it! This could be SO much better than it is -- I hope a new design will have some much needed improvements.

Our daughter is 10 months old and simply LOVES the swingset. We had to buy the infant swings for her and our neighbor, but they spend hours swinging and climbing and sliding. Our daughter loves the steering wheel and is starting to figure out the rope ladder as well. The swingset says it's for 3-6 years, but it is definitely suited for much younger ones. The assembly requires 2 people and took about 4-5 hours. Make sure you have a powerful drill.

This swingset is one of the nicest we have seen. Also the price was right for it. It is great for children up to 6 years of age or more. The only downside I have seen is that there is no good way to climb up to get to slides and bases. The rope ladder can come undone and the provided ladder (if you can even call it that) is hard to climb. Would be nice is there was a step attachment that could be bought. Make it easier to get one the gym set.

We were so excited to buy a swing set for our 2 year old since she not only loves to swing but loves the slide. We read all of the reviews and can't believe that not one parent mentioned that fact that the shape of the slide actually makes the children stop and not slide off. On her first trip down, our daughter almost tumbled head first because the rubber on her shoes stuck at the bottom. The same thing happened when she had only socks on with some rubber on the soles. If it didn't take so long to put together including the anchoring [...]The swing is good and she likes to climb the rope and bridge but we are overall disappointed and need to go out and spend money now on a slide that is fun and safe. I am also surprised that they say on the website that this is for children up to 6. The fort part is not very big at all and I'm sure the kids must hit their heads all of the time.

I bought this swingset for my 2 year old daughter, that has Spastic CP. Since she cannot walk yet, the crawl thru tunnel that connects the 2 slides, is PERFECT for her. She plays mostly unassisted! Which is a very happy moment for she and I. For all the parents that have a little angel that is a little extra special, I would definately recommend this product!!

My husband and I put this together pretty easily in an afternoon despite his penchant for not reading the instructions. The one side of the "tower" is a little wonky though. The plastic is bowed. My 19 mo old likes the climber and steering wheel the best.

I think this is the perfect set for the value. I think it is going to be low maintenance and my daughter is going to enjoy it. I love that it is a climber and swing. It also is compact enough to not take up my entire yard. The assembly was a bit difficult. With the pieces having to fit together there was a couple of instances where we needed to get creative with how to "bang" the pieces together. You need two really strong people or three people to really put it together with ease. [...]

This swing set is GREAT. My girls are 3 months and 2 years old. While I do not think it will last forever, it will be great enjoyment for at least the next 3 maybe 4 years. I think this one is better for younger kids. If 2 big kids try to swing together it rocks (even though it is aanchored). My husband and I spent probably 3 or 4 hours putting it together, the instructions were a little hard to read because it is all pictures and no words, but after looking at it a bit we were able to figure it out.
It was worth every penny and then some when my 2 year wakes each morning and screams to us "Wing Mommy, Wing"... she LOVES it!!!

I've had this swingset (which I bought used) for 3 years. It is still in great condition -even considering the harsh Phoenix summers we have. The kids love to swing and climb and slide. It is small enough for my barely 1-year-old to play on it but is enough fun that my nearly 4-year-old still has a great time with it as well.
After years of use I need to replace the cargo net -absolutely understandable.
I do wish that the same net could be used in the opening above the spot for the net as a safety feature to keep kids from falling before they are big enough to climb at that spot (it hasn't happened to me, but I could see it happening). For my monkey of a baby I have tied some rope into a bit of a spiderweb pattern to help prevent any such accidents.
