As a parent of two girls, we had lots of experience with Little Tikes. And, now as a first time grandmother, I have lots more choices to choose from. It was a little hard to assemble, but it seems to be sturdy.

This isn't as big as I thought it would be, and I was hoping the slide would be a wavy slide (it is flat), but it is a great toy for the price and my 2-year-old daughter loves it. She especially loves hiding under the platform. We use it indoors, and it is perfect for rough-and-tumble play during the cold, gray winter months.

Santa brought our 22 month old the Hide and Slide Climber! It was very easy to assemble, sturdy and just the right size! its not too big and not too small! Because we were moving it from the den (where Santa left it) to the basement we didn't put the screws in it right away...it was still sturdy...we've since put the screws in and didn't have any problems at all! Cannot wait til the weather is warmer to take it outside!

Arrived on time. VERY easy to assemble. Hardest part was figuring where to put the two screws. Sturdy enough for very active twin 17 month old boys to play on. And they had a ball. They are still playing on it weeks later.

Product is fantastic - extremely stable and the slide is long enough to be good entertainment at least until age 3.5. My son loves to play on landing area before the slide and in the "fort" area under the slide. Very safe and stable - my 17 month old climbs up and down easily on his own. 3.5 year old frequently is over to play and also enjoys the slide. perfect indoor toy to get some winter exercise.

This slide is amazing. Our grandson (16 months)was thrilled with climbing the platforms and putting balls down the slide. I think sliding will come later. There are these little slots in the floor of the platforms that perfectly fit a little hand. We are so glad we got this one and not just a slide. It fit inside our living room well and is easy to move. We expect to use this for years. With toddlers supervision is required and to make this easier, we tied a throw blanket around one side to the back. This made the entrance on one side, and made a fort underneath.

We bought the Hide and Slide for our 15 month old grandson and he loves it! The climb is a challenge at first but quite safe and the slide is long enough to be fun and not just a quick bump at the bottom. It will most likely remain an inside toy so I am unsure how it weathers in sun and rain.

The only con we have is the open back of the platform. She has lost her balance when excited and almost fallen off the back.

Our 22 month old twins love this! They are so active that I wanted something for them to play with/on in our finished basement. Santa brought this and the girls run to our basement door to go downstairs to climb. They love taking turns climbing & sliding and dancing on the top platform! We did purchase a foam play mat to put on the carpet around it since it is in the basement.

Bought this for my 2 yr old and she loves it! She plays on it every day and has a great time. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Even my one year old plays on it with her. Great product highly reccomended.

I bought this for my 2 yr old son with myotonic muscular dystrophy because it did not have steps, but had ledges. He can climb up one at a time, sit and rest a minute on each before he climbs on up. He LOVES it!! Loves to slide. He weighs 30 lbs and will be able to play on this for at least another year! Well worth the money! Has sides on the slide that he can hold on to!

I bought this item for my 2 year old grandson. We have an enclosed patio where we set it up and place foam padding under and around it. He has had a blast climbing, sliding and hiding on and under this toy.

My grand-daughter knew just what to do when she saw the slide in her play room, she is 24 months old, she sat on top and said WEEEEEEE when she went down the slide for the first time, she played and played on it until she fell asleep on the floor in the play room. I would say she loves it and so does Myna and PaPa.

The product was easy to setup except that two holes for the screws weren't drilled in - I had to do that myself- not too difficult but just a little annoying.

We wanted something for our son to be able to use inside his play room in the winter. We set this up on a huge foam mat, so when he comes down the slide, the landing isn't so hard on his backside. He took to the slide right away. However, he doesn't seem interested in the tunnel portion of it.

Overall, we're very happy with the product.

We don't have a yard, so I purchased this for my child's bedroom. It's small enough to fit, and she loves it. Climbing, crawling under, and sliding are all fun!! The assembly instructions were somewhat confusing, but there's not that many parts so you really can't get it wrong. Assembles in minutes.

Assembled in less than an hour. We can use the climber outside while the weather is nice, but it is compact enough that we can bring it inside for the winter.

We bought this for our daughter's first birthday. We live in Texas where it gets very hot in the summer so we wanted something she could play on during times when it's too hot to play outdoors. This slide is perfect for that - it is so easy to set up so we have it in our living room right now with plans to move it to the backyard at the end of summer. She loves going down the slide (with our help right now). She also crawls in the spaces underneath and will hold on at the top of the platform. The steps are a little steep for her yet so we do have to watch her carefully and help her climb up and slide down. But this slide is great as it is large enough that she won't outgrow it immediately (unlike a few others we looked at prior to purchasing this). So I'm very happy with the purchase so far and think she will get a lot of use from it for at least the next couple of years.

This product was great! It was a birthday gift for my one year old nephew. We put it together for him, which was a breeze. (I would have liked the toy to feel a little sturdier though.) He loves to practice standing next to it, to climb up the slide, and to sit and the top and throw balls down the slide! I hope he will be able to enjoy it for years to come.

My 20 month old loves to climb on every thing so when I saw this, I though it would be perfect. I got it up in 15 mins. and she spent an hour climbing up and sliding down. She loves it. It not as tall as I though it was but it is still tall enoghe that it will last quite a few year.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced slide that my daughter with Down Syndrome could easily and safely climb up herself, and go down. I was thrilled to find this - she can crawl up the stairs, stand up, and easily manipulate her legs to go down the slide - all by herself. The side supports are perfect to help her balance and make sure she doesn't fall. This is perfect for new walkers and climbers!

This product was great for use during the long winter months. Very sturdy and holds up to rough play. The only con is that the slide was a bit short, however my daughter is tall and she does get a little bit of a ride. Two to six years is the appropriate age range for use of this product.

I had a different climber for my 2 older children and I received this climber as a gift for my toddler and she loves it. She is able to crawl all over, under and through this climber, which my older two children where not able to do with the one that they had. The only thing is I feel I have to be close by since the back is open. She could loses her balance (which all toddlers do at times) and she could tumble out the back.

I purchased this item for the children in my in-home daycare. They were not getting enough exercise due to our extreme cold weather so i decided to buy this and set it up inside. They LOVE it! It is appropriate for kids under 5 years of age and I have it set up in a large playroom. The kids can either climb and slide or use the hiding space underneath. Mutiple children can play on it at the same time because of the way it is designed. They make forts, use the slide as a car racetrack and other imaginary structures. It has been a wonderful addition to our childcare home!

My 2 year old son has watched so many DVDs this long house-bound winter- we were desperate for something else for him to play with! This playset is PERFECT for our living room and he is having such fun with it! He not only climbs on it and uses the slide - but he lines up his toys and "shares" it with them too - sending them flying down the slide. LOTS OF FUN! We'll move it outdoors when the weather allows. But this is great! Just what we needed!

I have 2 very active little boys, and I have recently been sick and needed some indoor play things for them to keep them active and happy this winter. But I live in a 2 bedroom Apartment.

This product is perfect and fits nicely in our living room and can be pushed out of the way and pulled in the middle of the floor for hours of play.

I have a 3 year old and a 15 month old so I was concerned it might not be right for BOTH of them, but my 15 month old soon followed brothers lead and is doing great, we have had a few "fast" slides as its on the steep end for a slide but a nie blanket below at the bottom is a good fix for this and the kids love it.

Its going to make a great indoor climber for them this winter and of course outdoors as well.

The item is great but the pieces did not fit into each other-my husband had to file the plastic in order to make it fit-then the attempts to do it bent the plastic-it works but the simplicity of the piece should have been A LOT more ease.

We bought this slide for my son's first birthday but my 2-year-old loves it too! It fits nicely in our house and the boys climb all over and under it to play. It is very sturdy and safe for my littlest one to enjoy independently with just watchful eyes. He doesn't need any help to climb up to the top and go down the slide.

Slight problem during assembly - one of the pieces had some excess plastic on it that my husband had to trim off before the piece would fit in place. Otherwise, the assembly was easy. My son loves this climber and has really enjoyed it.

We use this product indoors and it's the perfect size. I only wish that the landings were not so flimsy when the children stand on it. I would also like it if only one side was open to climb up instead of two sides.

I purchased this item as a substitute for our local park during inclement and colder weather inside my home. My rambunctious 2yr old boy definitely has to "run, climb and jump off" extra energy. He absolutely loves it!!! He plays for hours and hours!! It is a perfect size for inside-we had an extra bedroom and converted it into a playroom. I love the fact that it is made in the USA most of all!!! Assembly was a bit difficult. It took my husband and myself to complete, but it is extremely sturdy and durable!!! My twins love this slide. They got it for Christmas when they were 22 months old. I was a little worried that the slide would be too big for them, but they took to it right away. At first they only used it as a slide, now that we have had it for almost a year, they are using it as a fort, a picnic table, and a hiding place. This climber is so much better than a plain slide. If you have the room, I highly recommend this toy.

This is an excellent climber and a great bargain. Much larger than I had expected-which is a good thing.

I will admit, though, that assembly was a little difficult. It takes a combination of screws and snapping pieces into place. Inserting the slide was a little difficult.
