The bed is priced to high. The stickers are a pain to put on. For the price you pay the stickers should have already be on the bed. My son is 3 years old and loves the bed.

We found this bed easy to assemble. The directions were simple and it took us less than 1 hour from start to finish. The colors are bright and it is made from thick quality plastic. The decals were a bit difficult to attach. Just take your time and be patient and the decals will go on smoothly. It is well worth the money for this bed.

My son loved this bed ever since he saw it so a relative of his bought it for his birthday. We took everything out of the package to find some of the stickers were destroyed, but since he got as a gift we didn't have a way to return it. I'm disappointed that I can't find a way to buy/get replacement stickers so my son can enjoy the bed:( Other then that problem we love the bed as my son absolutely adores Lighting McQueen.:)

This is a great step up from the crib! I got this for my son for his 2nd birthday and made his whole room a cars theme. He loves it! We are going on 3 nights in a row of him sleeping in his own bed instead of ours! The decals were a little hard to put on straight but other than that, this is a great purchase!

We bought this twin bed for our 2 1/2 yr old grandson and he just loves it! He was so excited for it's arrival. We had showed him the picture online. While we went to purchase the mattress/boxspring, Grampa put the bed together in about 1.5 hrs including the decals. He said there were a lot of decals but he said it was not a problem putting them on. The bed went together easily and Grampa called while we were on the road to tell us just how cool this bed was. Our grandson could not wait to get home to see it. He was so excited he wanted to go to bed early that night just to sleep in it. There are no problems at bedtime as he just loves that bed! He has racecar sheets and now his Mom and Dad are putting extras in his room to keep with the theme. We even have the Tykes Tire storage box for toys. As with all Little Tykes products, the quality is high grade, the 'racecar' is very strong and durable. This bed definitely helped to make the transition from toddler bed to twin so easy. It's a special treat but when else can you have such a cool bed than the toddler/younger years? We highly recommend for all the young racecar tykes!

We bought this bed for my 2 1/2 year old son and he absolutely LOVES it! The assembly couldnt have been easier (only a few parts to put the actual bed together) and its very sturdy and worth the money. The decals, although time consuming, really MAKE the bed! This is where my only complaint comes in. The bed is only about 2 months old and already the edges of the decals are coming up. I keep pressing them down, but I can see that they are losing their "stick". If this is happening so soon, I cant imagine what the bed is going to look like in a year!

Little Tikes should REALLY consider making the decals a better quality, or AT LEAST offering consumers an option to buy replacement decals!!! I am completely disappointed that I cannot buy these decals, and if I would have known ahead of time what poor quality they were I probably wouldnt have bought the bed, because they do MAKE the whole bed.

PLEASE CONSIDER OFFERING REPLACEMENT DECALS!

set-up is fairly easy but putting on the decals is very difficult. they bend all ways and stick together and are hard to get jusy righton the bed without crinkling. caps for the screws and bolts dont snap closed. only 1 of 8 closed.

We purchased the bedroom set from [@] for our son. He was thrilled; however, there is a very strong odor and we've had the bedroom set up for 2 weeks and there still is an odor. My husband believes it is the glue that was used. I've tried airing out the room and using an air purifier.Does anyone else have this problem? We're not sure what to do about this.

Our boy loves this bed and now, going to bed. The bright colors and decals grab his intrest and imagination. It was very easy to set up and put together. However if you are going to get this bed be ready to spend a few hours putting on the decals. The main reason we bought this bed is safety. The side walls run the entire length of the bed and there is a large "head board". The front is sloped so he can easily get in and out.

My son LOVES this bed, but is SO SAD that the stickers are already pulling up :( You cannot purchase these stickers, and it is a shame, because they make the bed!

We bought this bed for our 3 year old son and he loves it. When the box arrived to our door he already knew what it was. My husband had set the bed up and said the assembly was pretty easy. My son never had his own room before because of my husband being in the miltary and was deployed to Iraq, we stayed with family members until he got back. After we decorated his room with the cars things he slept in his bed like a champ. We had no issues with him or the bed. Its comfortable and it has the railings on the side so he can't fall out the bed. This was money well worth spent.

This was a great bed for my son. Before we got it he wanted to sleep with in "mommy and daddy's ned". Afterwards he LOVED to sleep in his own bed! Setup was easy (4 large pieces with wooden slats for the frame) however, it does require some patience to put all the stickers on. That is the only "downside" I found. The bed has been pretty sturdy so far and has stood up to the abuses my 4 year old throws at it. It is also a great bed to get becuase we wanted to skip getting a toddler bed. The edges of the frame are a little higher than the mattress so we were never concerned about our son rolling off of it.

I have had this bed for about a year. It is really nice and my son loves it, however, the stickers are nearly all coming off. I can't find replacement stickers anywhere. Set up is insane and the stickers are a pain to put on.

I bought this bed and themed the whole room after lightning mcqueen cars movie. I am please with the plastic durability of the bed but I bought the bed when he was 3. He peeled a lot of stickers from the side of the bed that is not against a wall, as well some of the stickers colors just wore off from entering and exiting the bed. I do not see anyway to reorder these decals now that he is older. I want to keep the room looking nice and to find out these can not be replaced is upsetting after you spend [$] a bed to be the centerpiece of the entire room. Please littletykes make this a available replacement part for this bed.

This is a great product. It made transitioning our 2 year old from crib to bed effortless. He loved it the very first time he saw it and never missed his crib. The only complaint I can make was the intial assembly. There are a bunch of gigantic decals which need to be applied and getting them on correctly without any air bubbles or wrinkles was very time consuming as was getting the pieces of the bed lined up correctly before bolting them together.

My son is almost 4 and has had this bed for about 6 or 7 months. I am 6'4 270 and can sleep comforatably with him in this bed. The only negative is the stickers peel off easily but my son can peel off anything.

Pretty easy to assemble. The stickers were a tedious process but look fantastic when it's done. As for the bed support issue mentioned in the other review, I too was a little shocked I couldnt just drop a bed into it. It does mention that in lieu of a boxspring you can just add a 3/4 inch piece of plywood. I went to [...]and had a 1/2 inch cut to size for 16 bucks. Easy, cheap fix. And yeah, my son was absolutely thrilled.

Overall, I'm pleased with the bed. For the money, especially considering the astronomical shipping charges, I don't think it's worth the [$] price [...]. If you don't use a box spring for the mattress then the 3 wooden cross braces provided aren't close to providing enough support. This is my biggest gripe as I had to add another four and add stress bearing supports to them.
