We purchased this product for our 3-year old granddaughter's birthday. We diligently researched the requirements needed for setup, including area. How surprised were we when we opened the box, only to find out that not only was the required area much larger than the listed dimensions, but that the unit also required continuous electricity to be supplied. The instructions also say that extension cords are not to be used.
In addition to all this, it states very clearly on the box that once the box is opened, returns are not permitted.
When I called customer service to find out how long the power cord supplied by the unit is, no one could answer the question. I was told that someone from management would call me back the next day. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting for the call.
For anyone interested in purchasing this unit, the power cord is approximately 24-25 feet long. The required area is an additional six feet on each side with one side connected by a vinyl airflow tube to the compressor. We were also told by customer service that it is not to be used indoors. The instructions say it will be damaged if kept out in the rain.
The product itself seems great. We have used it twice and our granddaughter absolutely loves it.

I bought this to help my child who has some special needs. He loved it and would lay in it. The sound of the motor helped to calm him. The only thing I would say is to watch that the children do not stand on the compressor unit. My child barely bounced once on it and it went out. It has been difficult replacing it. The web-site was changing, we couldn't call about it. When I did get through, they said the only available parts were if it was under warranty. I didn't want to order a whole unit and have two inflatables. I only needed the compressor unit. I wish the company was better about that. So, we had it for about two months and now it is tucked away in a closet wishing we could use it.

I bought this bouncer after buying 3 cheaply made $40 vinyl bouncers that all lasted about 6-9 months each. This bouncer is much sturdier and the walls actually withstand flying kids and keep the kids in the bouncer instead of simply slowing their fall to the floor.

We love this bouncer! I have a 2 1/2 year old and 1 year old girls and they both enjoy it. They could jump in it every day if we let them. It is well worth the money for the joy it brings them. It is easy to setup and the canopy does give it some shade on a sunny day. Make sure to keep it dry and don't store it with any moisture on it. Ours has been ruined due to family leaving it out overnight to get wet and then not properly drying it before giving it back to us. So keep it clean and dry and it will bring the children years of joy.

We got this for our 16month old after she played in one at a birthday party, and she just loves it! The set-up is absolutely easy and literally it's blown up in less than 5 minutes. I couldn't keep her out of it - she just belly-laughs being near it :) We live in CA so it was important to get the cover - keep the sun off of her & the material cool. Plus it keeps leaves out. The only con would be that the mesh doors on the back need more velcro, which I'll pick up at the store, so your little ones don't go flying out when they get all revved up. People mentioned it would be hard to get into the case afterwards, but if you go slow & get all the air out, we didn't have a problem, took 10 minutes max. Over all, my husband and I are just thrilled with this.

My father-in-law showed up about a month ago after work one night with this in his trunk. We opened up the box and had it inflated in less than 5 minutes. Set up is a breeze and my kids love playing in it. The only complaint I have is trying to get it rolled up and back into the storage bag. Took a couple of tries the first time, but I've got it figured out now. Highly recommend buying it, beats renting one for over $150 for one afternoon.

This Jump 'N Slide bouncer is GREAT FUN for my little one! She was jumping up & down as soon as she saw it the first time, and loves to play on it. Of course, she somehow seems to enjoy it more when it is deflating, so she rushes back to jump in again...but then, she enjoys as it quickly inflates in 2 mins when the blower is turned on again! The bouncer is somewhat heavy to lug around, but the setup is quite fast & easy...can get the whole thing up & running in about 5 mins! Plus, this one has the shady roof and some additional height compared to the other model without the roof, so its great for play even in the sunny summer afternoons. Overall, my kid really enjoys it and I'm sure with its strong & tough material that she'll have plenty of jumpin' fun!

Set up in less than 5 minutes. Put away in 5 minutes once deflated. Kids love it, but you need to watch multiple kids using it at one time to avoid injuries. Storage bag is plenty big enough for me to easily fit it in the bag. The shade makes it usuable in Texas sun, the biggest reason we bought this one. worth every penny.

The children had a blast!!! Literally it goes up in one minute and is put away in ten. You will have a blast too if you don't try to fit it into the storage bag which isnt a big deal. The children were told the rules no shoes etc. They are 10,5,4,and 2yrs and off they went. They would have bounced forever if we let them. The two year old was intimidated by the bouncer at first, but it wont be long before she joins the fun. We love that it is shaded to keep the sun out. Totally worth the money!!! Thank you again little Tikes!!!
