We purchased this for our indoor playroom thinking it would be a great addition. Within 2 months it had a small tear in the seams (on the inside of the bouncer). Called and got a replacement within a week. After opening the new bouncer, it didn't take more than 3 weeks before it too had a rip in the seams. We've owned the big outdoor bouncer (cost more) and that quality is MUCH better than this one for real bouncing (feels like a parachute). The quality of this one is just one step up from an inflatable swimming pool. After the second hole, we were determined not to replace it again.
However, I will say that customer service was very quick and thorough with their response. It's easy dealing with a company that handles things so promptly. Although we wouldn't recommend this product, we do recommend Little Tikes. Clearly they are committed to serving the customer and making us happy!

We use this when its too cold to go outside, or when he's getting a little "cagey" and needs to burn some energy!! But please remember to buy a pump if you don't have one at home!!!

My 2 and 3 year old boys love this "moonbounce" -they cannot wait to get home in the evening to jump, jump, jump! It was completely blown up in less than 15 minutes and easy with an electric pump. They have had it for a month now and we only had to put a bit of air in it once and they use it often. We don't allow shoes or toys inside it, but it still seems like it would hold up to a bit of mishaps.

The kids loved playing with it, however after I initially blew it up it slowly leaked air. A few days later it was quickly leaking air and we discovered a hole in it. Poor quality.

Our 2 youngest kids (3 & 5) are very active and need a place to bounce around when it's too cold to be outside. We tried other brands and they didn't last long. When I saw this bounce house at a good discount I decided to try it. So far it has held up really well & the kids like it a lot. I like the complete enclosure and the tall ceiling. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because the weight limit is only 70 lbs.

My son was intimidated by it at first but he loves it now. He spends hours jumping on it. I use indoors because it is cold out now. It stays inflated. I am pleased with this purchase.

The hot AZ summers limit outdoor playtime, so we got the Bounce House for our very active 2 year-old. She LOVES it and we love it so much I bought one for my sister in order to keep her 2 young children busy while she cares for her newborn. Her family loves it, too! We have taken it outside and place it on a tarp on the grass with no problem. However, it has found a permanent home in our family room! The Bounce House does take up a good deal of space indoors, but when the kiddos can't get out to play, this expends more than enough energy to make nappy time a breeze! And although it has weight and age limits, my sister's 3 AND 5 year old play in it simultaneously and the Bounce House seems to be just fine. We've had ours for almost a year with no problems. BEST toy for kids and Mom's too!!!

Blew it up to test it out and it stayed up on the patio for 2 days no problem. My 19 month old son woke up and went right out to play in it. He would play for a few minutes get out and then get back in. He will be getting it for Christmas this year and we know he will love it. The price online was great as well.

My father bought this for my Daughters 4 year birthday in March. she LOVED it! however, after rough play from a 4 year old, 2 holes appeared in the seam area. IMPOSSIBLE to fix. the "fix-it" kit that came with it is useless, and after buying a tire repair kit and duct tape (yes, duct tape), it was still not repairable. i just purchased another one online for christmas, because she was so sad we had to throw the other one away. Grandpa passed away, but he is smiling in heaven at how much she loves this toy.

This is good for home with limited space (as mine)I need this for winter, so I can get my little boys active indoor (not having them run around the house!). We have had it for a month now, we got kids come to share the fun, and so far all ok, no tear or anything like that. Just follow the instruction. Its true, only wish 2-3 kids could play together at the same time (its more exciting that way for the toddlers). But that mean more space needed and large one has to be outside. But overall, its good product (little tikes! :)) We also just purchased the water park slide but will have to wait till next summer to enjoy it!!

Being a Grandmother of 9, I am always looking for new ways to entertain my grandchildren when they come over. The Bounce House is a big hit at my house. My grandchildren play for hours on this,then off to bed they go. It's a great toy for physical activity. I would recommend this to everyone.

This bounce house is perfect for toddlers. My girls are 3yrs and the twins are 2 yrs old. I keep this in my playroom ( indoors ) It is like jumping on a good bed, but that is the point. It keeps my daughters from jumping on my furniture. I have had up to 6 toddlers in this at once and no problems. It's durable. All the neighborhood toddlers enjoy this very much. If you have older kids( 6 and up ) this product is not for you.

This is a bounce house that lacks bounce. It's like jumping on an air mattress. Also, it's way overpriced!
We bought this in November and before Christmas arrived, the bouncer was headed for the garbage. Somehow it got a tear in the seam which is impossible to hold a patch.
The weight limit is only 70lbs. Complete garbage. Save your money and buy something else.
