My daughter loves this art desk. When I purchased it last October I was afraid that she wouldn't get much use out of it b/c she was already 5 years old. I am extremely satisfied! She is average size and fits perfectly on the chair. The desk is a good height and I think she will get many more years out of this desk. She uses this desk at least 2 hours a day~coloring, drawing, cutting, etc. It has a lot of storage so she can clean up and put everything neatly away when she is done doing her "art" projects. I finally found something to keep her occupied and happy! The only reason it didn't get five stars was b/c of the price [$].

There is plenty of storage space for all the markers, crayons etc. Not to mention a place for all of the coloring books. I bought two - one for my daughter and one for my nephew they are 4 and 3 respectively and they love it. I think it gives them a feeling of being more "grown-up" to have a place to "work". They love it.

This desk is really huge and bulky. My son 21 months can't even see over the desk but he'll be able to use it for a long time. If you have limited space, do not purchase. [...] However, it is a nice desk.

I looked for this desk everywhere the only place to by it in my area was online so i got it home put it up on christmas and i am kinda disappointed dont get me wrong its nice but for [$] its not GREAT its so big, which is good for large projects but too big for normal everyday things it takes up alot of room and the compartments on top are so shallow you would not really want to leave your utencils out on it! I would not by this item if i knew what i do now there are cheaper ones which do the same job and have just as much quality Its nice but spend your money wiser and get your moneys worth this is not it!

I bought this for my neice who has just turned two. She loves coloring and drawing. Anything to do with paint or a writing utensil! This was a great way to keep all her art supplies, coloring books ect in one spot - as well as entertain her. She loves that she has her own work space and desk. She enjoys putting her supplies away as well which i think is a big help for mom and dad!it took about 45 minutes to put together. The box was huge that it came in and it does take up a bit of space. Highly recommend this for the aspiring artist, and has a ton of storage space! [...] The item was only available on-line at Little Tikes.com.
