If you placed an order and your organization is tax exempt, please fax your tax exempt certificate (please include your order number) to 330-650-3369 and we will credit the sales tax from your order once the order ships.

Cancellation Policy

Registered users on Littletikes.com can cancel their order within one hour from placing the order. Once this window has expired, orders cannot be cancelled. We must process orders quickly in order to ensure a timely delivery. We apologize in advance that your order cannot be cancelled after the one hour window.

Registered users can log in to the My Account page to cancel their order. Orders placed by Guest checkout cannot be cancelled.

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been cancelled. Please note that there is a hold on the funds associated with the order that will drop off after the cancellation. Some credit card companies may hold the funds for up to 5 business days.

Returns Policy Details

Return Policy - Number Of Days From Purchase
Returns from littletikes.com and littletikes.com Canada will only be accepted for 30 days from purchase date. Gifts purchased for December celebrations can be returned no later than January 31st. Return Policy - Details
The customer order number must be included on the return shipping label.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable, this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or on item(s) where a delivery is refused. Returned deliveries will be charged 20% restocking fee on the item(s) purchase price. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. All sales are final on clearance items. *Please note: All refused truck or parcel orders have shipping charges that are the responsibility of the consumer.

Bundle Return Policy
Bundle purchases can be returned in accordance with our standard return policy listed above. If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle deal, you may also return that item separately.

Please note: In many bundle packages, a discounted price has been applied to each item in the package. You will only be refunded the discounted price of each bundle item you return.

Returns From Other Retailers
We do not accept returns of Little Tikes products purchased from other retailers.

Replacement Parts Orders
All replacement part order sales are final. (No returns on parts orders)

Securing Your Shipment
Please be sure to use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. Little Tikes is not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Truck Shipment Orders


Truck order deliveries
The customer must sign for their delivery. The customer must provide and valid phone number for delivery. An appointment must be made to deliver your order. Drivers are not required to unload your shipment from the truck. Please be prepared to help unload your shipment from the end of the truck. If you need assistance in unloading your truck, please arrange this prior to your delivery appointment.

Address changes
Once an order has been processed the shipping address cannot be changed.

Do not refuse delivery
Your shipment may travel through many distribution centers and trucking terminals before they are delivered to your home. The boxes are handled many times. Sometimes a box may be damaged, but the product inside is not. Please sign your delivery receipt as “upon inspection box damaged or missing”. Our products are 100% guaranteed and we will replace any damaged part or missing part free of charge.

Please count the cartons before signing your delivery receipt
If any items are missing or damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt when you sign. This is our only defense to file a claim with the trucking company if a box is damaged or missing.

Truck Shipment Returns
All returned truck shipments must have an approved RMA# to return to Little Tikes. Please call Little Tikes at 1-800-321-4424 ext. 3024 to inquire about a truck shipment return. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return freight expenses.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping rates are calculated based on the value of the order subtotal. Shipping rates vary based on the shipping destination. Click here for more information on our shipping rates.

* Certain oversize items will incur an additional fee and will be noted on the product detail.

* Priority and Express shipping will incur an additional fee.

* Items purchased in multiple quantities may incur additional fees.

Many larger items ship by Truck delivery. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required. Please note that the drivers are contracted to deliver to the end of the truck only. You will be responsible for unloading the truck. Drivers do not provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service. For this reason, especially for oversized items, we recommend that you have help available to unload and move the item to its final location.

Free Shipping

Any Free shipping promotions are only applicable for delivery within the contiguous 48 United States.

Local Pick up

If you live within 100 miles of our Little Tikes facility in Hudson, OH you can choose local pick during check out for your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready to be picked up.

This process generally takes 2-3 buisness days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Littletikes.com does not match prices with any of our online competitors or retail partners.
