The kids love it...allows for creative and imaginative play. Very sturdy, however, first shipment was damaged by the shipping company, so we refused the order. Little Tykes prompty got another one sent out so the kids would receive it before Christmas. Our daughter-in-law also "dressed up" the house with their home address in the front, a "touch" light inside and a bell on the front (for their doorbell)...too cute. This was a real "homerun" for all 3 kids...4, 3 and almost 1!!

My daughter got this playhouse from her grandparents for her first birthday and LOVES it! I got some interlocking foam mats to use for 'carpet' inside and 'grass' outside because my patio is uneven concrete, and I was worried about my daughter falling on it. We put her water table in the front yard, and between the playhouse and water table, she has endless entertainment. She loves the flowers we put in the window box, and playing with the small sink and counter.

My only concern is the house is real wood, not the typical Little Tikes plastic. I love the way the house looks, and so far we haven't had any problems. We live at a high altitude, and things take quite a beating from the sun. I worry that maintaining this house will be a bit of work, but it is so small, that it shouldn't be too bad. I just hope it holds up! So far though, so good!

This was a gift for my Grandaughter.We wanted something she could play with a freind in.We got it home after I got it some what together I realized it was not the same measurments that was on the box.The measurments on the box include the fence but it does not say that so you think the play house is much larger than it really is.It is allmost big enough for her to get in & have fun it is way to small.I don't understand why any company would make a playhouse so small. Iam not happy about this purchase at all and I will think twice before buying another little tikes item.

i was looking for a playhouse that was partly wood so that it would not look plastic-y & garish in our yard. this playhouse is ADORABLE and has the perfect balance of wood & plastic elements. the kids were giddy with excitement when they saw it!

assembly was straightforward & logical & took about 1.5 to 2 hours. better if you have 2 people. i guess if i could change anything--a seat inside or some more play elements inside would be good. the sink is cute but not much room to set down toys. altogether this is a great playhouse & i highly recommend.
