  1. What is Little Tikes Local Pick-Up?
    Little Tikes Local Pick-Up gives you the option to pick-up your Littletikes.com order from our Distribution Center in Hudson, Ohio. Local Pick-Up is FREE with no additional handling charges or oversize surcharges.

  2. How do I choose Little Tikes Local Pick-Up?
    During Step 3 of the checkout process, select Local Pick-Up as the Ship Method.

  3. When can I pick up my order at Little Tikes Local Pick-Up
    Orders will be available for pick-up approximately 2 business days from the time the order is placed. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up times are Monday-Friday from 10:00AM –7:00PM EST.

  4. Where do I pick up my order?
    Local Pick-Up is located at 2180 Barlow Road, Hudson, Ohio. From Barlow Road please follow the “Little Tikes Local Pick-Up Signs” that will lead you to the designated area. Click here for directions.

  5. Can I have someone else pick up my order?
    The individual picking up the order must provide a photo id verifying the same last name of the person that placed the order along with the Order Number or a copy of the Shipping Confirmation Email.

  6. How long do I have to pick up my order?
    Orders must be picked up within 30 days of the date of your Shipping Confirmation Email. After 30 days the product(s) will be returned to our warehouse. Please call 1-800-321-4424 x3024 to begin the refund process.

  7. What information do I need to pick up my order?
    You will need to bring a copy of the Shipping Confirmation Email or the Order Number along with a photo ID for verification purposes. The last name on the photo ID must match that of the last name on the order.

  8. What do I do if I want to cancel or return my purchase
    To return a purchase, you must call 1-800-321-4424 x3024 to create a return authorization # and instructions for any returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization #. Returns will not be accepted at the local pick-up area.

  9. Can I change my delivery option?
    Sorry, after submitting the order, you may not change the delivery option.

  10. Which products on Littletikes.com are available for Local Pick-Up?
    Every product that is in-stock on Littletikes.com is available for Little Tikes Local Pick-Up.

  11. What type of vehicle do I need for pick up?
    Before picking up your order, please note the box dimensions of each product. If necessary, please make arrangements to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting the items. Take notice that some items have multiple boxes.

    The loading of products is your responsibility; please come prepared with the necessary items to safely secure your purchases back to your destination. Little Tikes is not responsible for damage to the product or injury to you during loading of the products in your vehicle.
