    We picked the house out for our son's 2nd birthday as a present from his Granny. It was the cheapest one offered by Little Tikes, they are so expensive! He LOVES the doorbell and door! He fills the sink up with wood chips, thinks he's a big boy on the stool and has learned to climb in and out the window. Not the intended use, but hard to keep a boy from climbing. He seems to enjoy it, but he's on the go and doesn't spend a ton of time in one place. My Dad & husband say it was much, much easier to put together than the little bus we also purchased. The house required no screws or bolts, just push together pieces.

    Very Easy to Assemble. It's smaller then we expected. My son is 1 1/2 yrs old and fits perfectly thru the door. He likes to crawl thru the garden gate and loves his stool. Good beginner house, but wouldn't recommend buying for 3 yr old children or older because it's not tall.

      Our grandson spends hours playing with this adorable little house. Initially we thought that he would be a bit young for the house at 10 months, but we quickly realized it was the perfect gift. We love the color since that was a big factor keeping it in our living room. We have bought two now as he needed one for his house too!

                  We love this new addition to our home. My daughter is 1 and she can't get enough of it, but my nephew also plays in it and he is 2. They love opening and closing the door and pushing the doorbell. I don't know about the durability outside, as we have moved it inside at this time. I would HIGHLY recommend this to ANYONE!                       My 2 year old granddaughter loves this little playhouse. Very small--good for inside or outside. The only problem we're having is that she cries to slide down the roof and awning. I guess it looks like a slide. She has never done that, but she thinks it's a slide.
