We bought this 3 years ago on clearance at [@]. I have always been leary of spending so much money on an inflatable for fear we would use it a handful of times and then it get a hole, etc. I am so glad we got the opportunity to try one at half price! This slide is fantastic! It has really held up to a beating. My husband is horrible about putting it away, so it more or less sits outside all summer long in the elements and gets put away in the fall. Nice, huh? BUT, it has held up amazingly. The only issue we have had is that the clear plastic tubing that all connects together to spray the water, no longer wants to stay connected. A few minutes after turning the water on they start disconnecting from each other and then we get just a stream of water instead of it spraying over the slides and into the dump bucket. We have already had the slide up this year and our dog who loves water tried to go up the wall and put a small hole in the side, but it has not affected it at all. We plan to get another Little Tikes slide this year and use this one as our "spare" since the tubing is not functioning properly. We almost another popular slide brand (banzai), however I am so glad we didn't. Our neighbors did, and got exactly 4 uses out it. Yes only 4 before it suddenly would not inflate properly. They could find no holes or anything, and took care of their slide by completely drying it and storing it back in the storage bag after each use. Needless to say they were not happy, and even asked to borrow ours Little Tikes slide on occasion! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this slide. The quality is exceptional, and it is worth every penny. Not to mention Little Tikes has great customer service if you have issues!

WE BOUGHT THIS LAST MAY FOR OUR TWO TODDLERS. LESS THAN SIX MONTHS LATER YOU CAN HEAR THE AIR ESCAPING FASTER THAN THE BLOWER CAN PRODUCE IT. IF MORE THAN A FEW CHILDREN GET IN TO PLAY, IT STARTS FALLING A LITTLE BIT IN THE MIDDLE. I WAS HOPING IT WOULD LAST LONGER THAN IT HAS. WE WERE THINKING ABOUT SPRAYING IT WITH A WATER REPELLANT/SEALANT THAT IS USED ON TENTS. DON'T KNOW IF IT WOULD HELP.

We have had several of these slides made by other companies. Our last was a double slide that looks similar to this in pictures, but this one is smaller than most models in the same price range. On the positive side it is very sturdy (we don't even have to use the stakes provided). It is also very open at the top so it is easy to see children from every angle, except the back of course. As an added feature there is an inflated step at the base of the rock wall, if children were to fall off the wall or off the top level of the slide it should break their fall. Most slides they would just land on a layer of vinyl or the ground. It is also easy to access children at the top if there is a problem. While it seems to stand up kids and the weather, the material is the same nylon all over. Where most slides like this have a vinyl type material on the slides to help children slide more easily this one does not. In order to provide the same slide capabilities they have made the slides very steep so children are able to slide easily, but come almost straight down. Moreover, the play area at the bottom is very small and when children come down both sides of the slide at once they nearly meet in the middle so it is not safe to have children play in that area while others are sliding down. What we found was that we have to have children stand in a line outside the slide and allow two children on at a time. Unfortunately since any time we have more than two kids playing on the slide, they have to get out and wait in line, the pool quickly fills with grass. Finally, the dump bucket at the top does not work. It leans as it fill up with water so instead of filling there is just a steady stream of water that comes out of one corner never touching the kids. This product is well made and I feel that it will hold up through at least two summers of use, maybe more, but the size is a serious downfall. It would be great for a single family with two or three young kids, but for parties or in neighborhoods where a bunch of kids come over to play I would suggest something larger. This product definitely lives up to the Little Tykes name in construction, it is just necessary to consider your families' needs when purchasing this slide compared to others.

We bought this water slide after I saw it at a friend's house and had to have it. At the time, there were about 12 kids on it. My 6 year-old twin boys have used it multiple times with various friends in the past three weeks and still have not tired of it. My one-year-old daughter splashes around in the pool section and loves it too. It seems very sturdy and we hope to get many summers out of it. One note, the web site says for 5-10 year olds but the box says 5-8 year olds.

We purchased this slide for my daughter's 4th birthday last summer. We do not have a pool and we have two girls with summer birthdays. Our rationale was rather than pay for entertainment at our parties, let this be it, and have it for years to come. This is our second summer with the slide and I can confidently say, it was a GREAT purchase. It is important to dry the slide thoroughly before packing it up, and we never leave it out for the elements to get at it. As a result, it has worked great and is enjoyed by children ranging in ages from 1 (they splash in the shallow pool at the bottom when the big kids aren't sliding) to 16. My only gripe is the water does not recirculate, so the hose is constantly pumping water in, which is also COLD. The dump bucket does startle some young ones, but they get over it. :) Overall, an awesome treat for the kids at parties, and we get something we get to reuse over and over. Thrilled with this purchase!

This product lasted 1 summer 2nd summer used twice before it wouldnt hold air to keep it sturdy enough for kids. There is an inner lining that broke apart. Called little tikes was told only a 90 day warranty and there was nothing that could be done.

I use this everyday at camp. The children are two years old through 6. It even holds me easily. One of the nice things is that the air pump is strong and weather resistant so I don't have to put it away every night.
The kids LOVE it, and so do the parents. At camp, the children were having so much fun that the parents were taking down the info about it so that they could get their own!

Do not hesitate to make this purchase. Received the slide today and had it up and running in about 15 minutes. I had to drag my 4 1/2 year old twins off of it after 3 hours. The dual slide is a must for more than one kiddo in the house. Plenty of room for friends to play too. Love that the "rock wall" is on the front so the kids are always in full view of parents. I cannot say enough about this product and I think it will make our summer so much fun! Seems sturdy. Hope it holds up over time!

Would highly recommend this slide. Everyone is happy when the kids can cool off and have lots of fun. After 4 uses, we do have a hole in side of slide, but think it can be easily sewed and fixed. If the weather is not hot enough for water, it can be used without water too. Other then that, have fun with it!

I own this slide and the Slam n' Curve slide by Little Tikes. I like the Slam n'Curve better. It seems more durable(although it takes forever to dry out). This slide dries really quickly about 12-24 hours. For cost I would pick the other slide if that is your determining factor. My husband and I can play on the single slide but this one we cannot. BUT my little 3 year old played on it for 4 1/2 hours without skipping a beat.
