I really like this product. My husand wanted a wooden wagon, thinking it would be more durable. I went with this model because of the seatbelts and extra features (like the storage compartment and the conversion to a bench seat) I really like the wagon and the seat belt really helps to keep my curious child in her seat. I find it is a little wide for doorways, but my major issue is the noise of the wheels. They're really loud and distracting. I wish we could replace them for rubber wheels.

Thought this wagon would hold up better. The front wheels don't work properly (and they are on right). Two of the clips broke that hold back of the seat on. Was told I need to buy the $15.35 bag of parts to fix this. [...] I bought this wagon for my sons 6th birthday and within a year these things were broke. We only used it for trips to the amusment parks. Which was about 7 or 8 times. I can't believe this is the way little tykes treats its customers.[$] I am just plan shocked with little tykes customer service and right now I dont even know if I will buy anymore little tykes products again!

      This was a Christmas present for my twin two year old grandsons and the minute they saw the box they started laughing, climbing on top of it and yelling wagon. My son assembled it that day and it was used the next day for a trip to the zoo. Of course they love it!

      I bought this product to pull 2 grandchildren in parades. It took about 2 hours to assemble and not sure if I got the front wheels properly installed. It was working fine for several parades, but then the front wheels would not turn with grandkids in the wagon, so now it sits in my garage not being able to use it. I see I can buy replacement parts, but not sure what I need to get. Great concept of a wagon, but I agree with others, front wheels don't turn.

      Great wagon! We've used the bench (watching fireworks) and the seats with the belts. The umbrella held up in a nasty thunderstorm while at the zoo. It is also great on hot days at the zoo. The cooler compartment is nice and it has plenty of drink holders.

      I love that this product is Made in the USA. Assembly was not too difficult. Very cool that it converts from a wagon to a seat, it has seat belts, drink holders, etc. BUT, THE FRONT WHEELS DO NOT WORK, THEY DO NOT TRACK WHEN PULLING THE WAGON FORWARD - THEY SPIN, CANNOT TURN THE WAGON OR BACK IT UP!!! Reread all of the directions, watched the instruction You-Tube video - all is assembled correctly. We purchased this yesterday for our twin granddaughter's 1st birthday, assembled it and now do we give a gift that doesn't work? We're off to buy another gift and then have to return this one.

      I have had this wagon for almost 2 years, we love the size. The front wheels have always had a hard time turning, and recently one of them finally gave out. It was a fairy expensive wagon, and I expected it to work a little better.

        In put this wagon together in about 20 minutes, by myself, with three small children anxiously waiting and running off with parts. Assembly was a breeze. The handle folds under the wagon, it makes a cute bench when not being used. Straps to hold the kids in. Three small children can sit in it bench style no problem. 400 lbs of adults can also sit on it no problem. I love this wagon, best one I've ever bought!

        I thought buying a wagon would be a great way for my daughter in law to transport my 1 year old grandaughter and my 1 month old grand son, little did I know it would take me 3 hrs to put together a wagon. Directions gave only diagrams no wording. I was a little frustrated while putting it together, buy still enjoy it. It is durable and roomy and I know that they well get alot of use out of it.

        My son got this for his first birthday from his aunts. It took me, my brother, and my mother to put it together. The directions all over the place. I've had it for two years and the piece that lets one of the sides go back and forth from bench mode to wagon snapped in half. This site is not good with showing people what the pieces look like so you can make sure you are ordering the right part. What I do like about it is that when the sides and such are taken off it fits perfectly in the trunk of a Pontiac G6.

        My son and grand daughter LOVE this wagon. BUT, dispite my warnings, based on other reviews, my son still got the front wheels wrong. Maybe better directions??? How about some stickers, L/F, R/F. Hey. It wouldn't cost to much for some stick ons. The many negative reviews about the front wheel directions can't be wrong.
