I use the wagon mainly for family outing and sporting events. I like it but if two adults sit in it the front tires will start to become flimsy. The hinges on the side, with a lot of leaning will eventually break. I am going to buy the replacement pack within the week. It's safe and fits in the trunk of my 94' Toyota Camry. It's very easy to disassemble and assemble. The umbrella is perfect for parks with no trees, and the 6 cup holders, no one has to fight for a place for their drink.

I just assembled it today, it went together easily, but I was a bicycle assembler and mechanic for 2 years. So I used synthetic greese on all the metal moving parts, I would reccommend a rubber mallet as a hammer could do damage if too much force were used. Again anything that moves metal or plastic could do with some synthtic greese. I found the pictures quite accurate, but I got used to the pictures from china that were no where near accurate when building specialized kids bikes.
Finally I will probably go buy some kids bike tires and cut them to make traction bands for the plastic wheels, 1, to make the front wheels track better, 2 to to extend the life of the wheels.

Needed a safe wagon for my 7 month old grandson to ride "down the aisle in a wedding". Bought this because it has seatbelts and sides. He sits right there and loves it !!! I'm sure he will have many years of enjoyment.

We love the wagon, but I wish there was an option to get rubber tires. The hard plastic tires that come with it are terrible.

This was a Christmas present for my twin two year old grandsons and the minute they saw the box they started laughing, climbing on top of it and yelling wagon. My son assembled it that day and it was used the next day for a trip to the zoo. Of course they love it!

I bought this product to pull 2 grandchildren in parades. It took about 2 hours to assemble and not sure if I got the front wheels properly installed. It was working fine for several parades, but then the front wheels would not turn with grandkids in the wagon, so now it sits in my garage not being able to use it. I see I can buy replacement parts, but not sure what I need to get. Great concept of a wagon, but I agree with others, front wheels don't turn.

Great wagon! We've used the bench (watching fireworks) and the seats with the belts. The umbrella held up in a nasty thunderstorm while at the zoo. It is also great on hot days at the zoo. The cooler compartment is nice and it has plenty of drink holders.

I love that this product is Made in the USA. Assembly was not too difficult. Very cool that it converts from a wagon to a seat, it has seat belts, drink holders, etc. BUT, THE FRONT WHEELS DO NOT WORK, THEY DO NOT TRACK WHEN PULLING THE WAGON FORWARD - THEY SPIN, CANNOT TURN THE WAGON OR BACK IT UP!!! Reread all of the directions, watched the instruction You-Tube video - all is assembled correctly. We purchased this yesterday for our twin granddaughter's 1st birthday, assembled it and now do we give a gift that doesn't work? We're off to buy another gift and then have to return this one.

I have had this wagon for almost 2 years, we love the size. The front wheels have always had a hard time turning, and recently one of them finally gave out. It was a fairy expensive wagon, and I expected it to work a little better.

In put this wagon together in about 20 minutes, by myself, with three small children anxiously waiting and running off with parts. Assembly was a breeze. The handle folds under the wagon, it makes a cute bench when not being used. Straps to hold the kids in. Three small children can sit in it bench style no problem. 400 lbs of adults can also sit on it no problem. I love this wagon, best one I've ever bought!
