great playhouse for boys. I flet the long ramps that attach to the roof of the playhouse were flimsy and would twist when attached. The cars would fall of before they reached the bottom. We finally just took the off and used it without them. Other than that it was great.

When My husband myself and all 10 Children and their spouses and almost 21 grands(so far), get together; the littler one are occupied and happy while the older ones can play volleyball or badminton!!

I have one in my living room. It is nice that I can put it up against the wall and the kids can still play with part of it. We even have some big cars for the kids to "drive" around on and park in the garage. However, as a small single mother, getting some of those screws in was very hard. I had to get help from a 3 year old and 5 year old... Also,you can not attach the roof ramp after the yellow bit has been screwed onto the roof. The only way I could get it on was to unscrew the yellow thing, attach, and rescrew.

Great to have a playhouse for a boy! My 4 year old has played for hours! The elevator is a little hard to use, but the rest is great. Ours did not come with the short and long tracks to hook to the roof but we called and they sent them right away. Its not too big so we can fit it in the house during the winter.

well every since last week when my hubby finally got around to setting this up my kids have been glued to it. They are still not bored with it which is a good sign. Ok there are a few little things i don't like about this. the gray/silverish track doesn't quite line up enough for the car ot make the car and go down the ramp all of the way without assistance. I have only seen it actually happen 3 times in a week. ALSO it is getting annoying that I have found my 2.5 year old using the bench as a step ladder to the roof of this. I have caught him on there twice while I was trying to cook and it is scary. So I try to keep it butted against the wall when I am not directly in the playroom with them. also had to remove yellow ramps for now (too young). Buy it. it is the biggest hit of the playroom and they enjoy using it along with the cozy coupe with trailer.

This is a great play house! My husband and I were just as excited as our son was. You can race cars off the race track and jump then in to a pool of water. Pull up a car or scooter and gas it up, there is a landing pad, an elevator, more race tracks to launch on, a storage drawer- what more do you need!?

-Like the fact that it allows use of small race cars on tracks as well as large Cozy Coupes, tri-cycles, etc.
-All sides have something to keep them busy, although I wish there were more ways to add tracks to actual structure (kids always seem to want more!)
-Discovered can add some more tracks (couple loop de loops) onto track coming from roof - height allows the speed build-up needed!
-Love the fold out area as well, allows it to be enlarged for more play, but condensed when not in use. Might have some limitations as far as set-up IF using in a smaller indoor area depending on your furniture and room configuration.
-Allows varied age ranges to play because of imagination possibilities

I love this product! My dad bought this for my boys that are 1 and 3. It is a great alternative to a playhouse which is why we chose this product. The is only 2 things I would change about this product. The tracks don't work well, the cars just fly off the edge. The second thing is I feel the layout falls a little short. I would put the back part that swings open on the side so it can be pushed up against a wall and the cars would go out towards the front of the house. If you get this product make sure you have lots of space for it!

we love it and our 2 1/2 yr old loves it .... too big for our apartment.... but other than that its perfect
