    I bought the Play and Scoot Pirate Ship for my one year old grandson. When I began to put it together, I accidently left the last fold of the instruction sheet folded, and therefore missed the step of adding the steering mast yoke. When I was finished and cleaning up, I realized that I had a really big part left, and when I examined the ship, I could see that this was a major error, and the ship wouldn't roll easily or steer well. I called the toll free number on the instructions, and explained to the very nice custormer service rep what I had done. He had new parts shipped out that very day, and I had them within 5 days as promised at no charge. The hardest part was getting the front wheels off in order to correct the steering. They are so firmly attatched that we finally had to use a hacksaw to saw through the old axle. Now that's comforting since I know a little boy can be a rough customer when he is playing, but I know that this toy will not fall apart EVER!

    This toy was given to my son as a gift. He was thrilled - as was his older brother. Both were anxious to play with the ship. However, it was sent WITHOUT wheels making this riding toy useless. Also without wheels, it won't balance to play with it otherwise so we had to pack it back up. Such a sad face to see when that happened! It looks like a wonderful toy but I noticed another review about missing parts which makes me wonder...

      the kids enjoy it. Outside it gets stuck on uneven spots and dosn't ride down small hills very well, so we'll use inside. great for small kids to push around.
