All but one purple wheel fell off at the grocery store. Of those all but one was found and the my little princess that was so proud had a meltdown. I do not know how to get another one. I will contact this manufacturer and see what can be done.

Other than that it is a neat little cart if you hot glu (or other means) the wheels BEFORE you take it out to the store.

Wheels fell off within minutes of play. Tried many ways to keep them on without success. Local store has several of these and the wheels are off of most of those too. I'm going to try to glue them since my return period has passed. I hope the manufactuer fixes this problem. Otherwise, very cute item. Easy to assemple.

The hub caps were too large for the axels. I called to request the correct parts and they were mailed quickly....and were a perfect fit. (Good ole duct tape was used until the parts arrived.

    We love the carts once they were put together, but the instructions could have been much clearer. My husband is usually pretty good putting things together but it took him a while to figure it all out.
    The instructions weren't clear with "do this first, then this..." type instructions and parts needed numbers and to be clearly numbered in the instructions. Annnnd pictures always help, clear, concise pictures. We got it done after a while and the girls LOVE THEM.

            I looked and looked in the stores for a grocery cart for my granddaughter and couldn't find anything but very cheaply made, flimsy carts. I was so pleased to find this cart at little tykes. It is very sturdly made, arrived on time as promised, was easy to put together and works very well. My granddaughter loves it!
