The initial box was delivered with only the large pieces. Had to call customer service two additional times to receive all the parts required for assembly.

The initial order was tracked and sat at the shipping terminal for a week before I called customer service to schedule delivery.

I LOVE buying made in the USA whenever possible. And I love it even more when a product does not disappoint. This is a great product. I know I listed assembly as difficult but I just wanted to note it as that since it took some really hard whacks to get the slide and climbing "wall" attached in particular. DO NOT try to put this together without a rubber mallet. They are cheap and one will make all the difference. My 18 month old daughter LOVED this and I am sure she will get many years of fun with it.

First of all, I will start by saying that my daughter who is 2 and 3 months very much enjoys this playhouse. It's not that big, so I would like the slide to be a little taller as she is a taller child. If your kid is on the taller side the slide/step part might get boring fairly fast. On the other hand, I chose this over other larger outdoor toys because it will get a lot of mileage in the imagination department. The playhouse is great for 1 or 2 toddlers. She can eat her lunches/snacks in there with the table and 2 seats and the fact that it does have a slide/climber attached makes it very versatile.

The only real issue with this toy other than the fact that it's on the shorter side, is how incredibly difficult assembly was. Overall the instructions were easy to follow and anything that required drilling was simple enough, but the slide, the stairs, and the hinges for the wall that opens were just a BEAR to get on. The slide and stairs in particular are suppose to interlock with the platform and be warned, if your's was like mine, you will be out of breath and possibly swearing at the thing from having to wail on it just to get them in place. 80% of assembly was fairly easy, but that 20% made it such a pain that I almost regretted buying it. Hopefully others have a better experience with it. Overall though, if you want something that offers a little bit of everything and have a child with an active imagination, this is a great outdoor toy.

We really liked it for our Granddaughter but we had such a hard time getting the slide and climbing wall attached. We eventually gave up on the climbing wall. We tried for hours. The pieces just don't slide in like the instructions say. we even tried using soap, lotion, pulling it apart and re doing, and more. Four different people tried with no luck. Any suggestions? I think the piece must be defective. Plus the screws holding the base rails aren't long enough so they don't do much good.

Bought this for my son who is 14 months old. He loves it. The slide is a bit on the small side, but he loves to climb up it. I assemblied it in less than 2 hours by myself. It was easy going until I got to the slide and climber insert section. I used the soap and still struggled a bit along with hinge pivit section for that piece. Thankfully the neighbor inquired what I was doing by that time and assited, and I think I needed it at that point. At least you can be assured it will not be falling apart for your child. Very sturdy/great/recommended product.

I had no choice but to assemble this thing outside in the heat. Lost about 5 lbs. The only thing that was bad was the slide, the block which I had to remove after anyway, and the climbing wall. I needed a screwdriver to help force and leverage them into place. Also the 4 hinge locks were tricky.

Our son loves this play house and really enjoys climbing around on it. The slide was pretty difficult to install, but other than that putting it together was easy.

We used the other reviews to double check our installation--suggestions and the you tube video were really helpful. Within an hour, my husband had it mostly put together....we needed a couple of our own screws (we must have put the wrong length screws in a couple places) because we had too short of screws in one place and too long of ones sticking up the top of the roof. Easy swap/fix!
