    Size: not sure why someone said it's small...I had my 9 year old son and his 9 year old friend plus my 20 month old daughter inside and they had lots of room to still move.
    LOVE that it has 2 seats/table on the outside.
    My older kids will play nerf gun/dart tag and hide inside, my 20 month old loves it and she and 5 friends can all fit inside and get up and down and move around. I LOVE it. I even purchased the little tikes portable grill and put it inside the playhouse and STILL room to move.

The flip out table is ok but, you would be fine not having it, doesn't seem to get any use and makes it really hard to slide around when mowing.

      We bought this for our 2 year old granddaughter as a birthday/Christmas gift, and she absolutely loves it! She rings the door bell and just giggles and goes inside to cook for me. She has a little toy broom and she sweeps the inside. We eat our real lunch at the picnic table part as well as lots of the play food that it came with. It only took my husband about an hour and a half to put together and he said it was very easy and he did it alone. It is on their deck and she always asks if she can go outside to playhouse.

          The house i nice looking and i like it at all but what i am really disappointed is the way the demension is announced.... depth-94cm but that is not the inside but the roof, the inside is 20cm less.

            My granddaughter loves this little house. But, she also likes climbing thru the window onto the table! She always seems so busy when playing in her house. She is only 18mo old, but enjoys every minute in her playhouse. She doesn't want to come inside when it's time for lunch or nap. She sits and colors at her little table and has her snack there too. We have it on our covered patio, so hopefully it will last a long time. We put an outdoor carpet underneath (astroturf). It is just an adorable little playhouse, which gives her lots of happy and fun playtime!

            WHEN I FIRST LOOKED INTO THIS ITEM, I COULDN'T FIND ANY MEASUREMENTS AT ALL. ONCE THIS PLAYHOUSE WAS PUT TOGETHER I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED ON IT'S SIZE........WISHED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BIGGER.
