So my boys love anything to do with transportation, whether it be planes, trains or automobiles. Last year for Christmas I bought them a big car ramp, this year though I had my eye on the Big Adventures Action Fliers set from Little Tikes. It combined the fun of airplanes and cars, literally! Once you snap the set together, yes its pretty easy (no tools required) you are ready to play. The set does require 2 AA batteries for the helicopter landing pad, but actually we haven't even added those yet. The set has two ramps - one is a spiral one and the other just a straight down ramp for launching the planes. Yes you can launch planes from the top of the garbage truck! See I told you that this set combines airplanes and cars literally. The foam plane slides on the truck and you just launch it down. The plane flies a good few feet too! When you are done, there is a hanger for to place the planes until your ready to use them again. I do wish the planes were more durable (not just foam) but then I am not sure they would fly so well. You can though use your own cars and trucks for the ramps, which my boys quickly figured out. As far as durability goes, this definitely could be sturdier as it wobbles a bit at the top, but for the price I didn't expect too much. With two different ramps both my boys can play and enjoy it and even at 4 and 5 years old they are loving this. Even my 16 month old wanted to play!

I purchased this for my two grandchildren (2 1/2 and 3 1/2). It is a cute idea and they love playing with it. However, the top track connector doesn't hold very well and when they try to launch the truck, the track comes apart. Also, the airplanes are foam, so in the hands of preschoolers, they just don't hold up. I hope I will be able to easily purchase more from Little Tikes. The truck and helicopter are cute and the kids do like sending their cars down the spiral ramp.

This is the worst toy my grandson has ( and he has many)! It does not stay together and is near impossible to figure out how to put it back together even looking at the picture online. However, he loves playing with it when it is together.

I am so tired of putting this together over and over. It comes apart every five seconds. It would easily be my two year old's favorite toy if it stayed in one piece. Instead it just makes him mad. He thought he would try to fix it one time and pinched his finger.

I bought this for my son thinking he would have so much fun . He has sevral other little tikes toys so I figured it was a good pick I was Wrong this toy is so flimsy !! It fell a part the 1st day he played with it I was very unhappy I tried to take it back to tourism but since we had opened it they could not take it back!! This toy is a waste of money it falls a part way to easy such a big disappointment and waste of money my son was so sad he really love the concept of this toy he love plane n cars so he is very sad !! He said mom Santas elves made my toy in hurry so it does not work good :0( so disappointing !! Do Not Buy this one !! Love little tikes hate this toy !!

My parents bought this gift for my 3 year old son for Christmas. We all thought it was great, however, the slightest touch makes it fall apart. The track doesn't stay together and my husband and I are constantly putting it back together.

Got this for our son for Christmas and my husband set it up then took the box out back to burn it. I tried to move it and it fell apart... put it back together and tried to move it again.. fell apart. Thought maybe it wasn't snapped in all the way but it was. It would be a nice toy if you didn't have to put it back together every 5 min if my husband hadn't burned the box I would have brought it back

I am very upset. No matter what I do the whole thing keeps falling apart on my son as he plays with it. I thought at first I must have put it together wrong but I didnt. Cant return it now because its out of the box the box is gone...so now I am stuck with it and he can barely play with it.

This would be a great toy if the connections actually locked together well. My grandson loved the way it was designed and would have played with it for a long time had it not kept falling apart. Plus it arrived without the little airplanes that were suppose to be there. There was an empty box that should have held the planes. Therefore- I can only rate this item -2stars. OVERALL, I think Little Tykes needs better quality control.
