it is a cute doll and the bendable hair stays put after you bend it but on the down side it is a little difficult for a small child to bend the hair

I think the Lalaloopsy silly hair dolls are sew cute. They are a bit pricier and heavier than the original, but not by much. I like that kids can use their imagination, instead of using their iPhone, iPad, or android devices. Bea has same hair style as Jewel in both the original and silly hair versions, different from the rest of the silly hair dolls. Bea looks better in this Silly Hair version than the original. The silly hairs on the pet owl are odd and supposed to be "wings" lol.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
