This is one of the best investments we have made in toys! Our son has played with this truck since he turned 1 (he is almost 3). He LOVES this truck! Sadly, his legs are getting a little long, but he doesn't seem to care...he just keeps on 'trucking.'

My grandson is just learning to walk and that is why I purchased this truck. He can hold on and give it a push-walking, or he can sit on it and Nonna gives him a push!! I did have a problem when I was putting it together. The front wheel does not stay on the axle. I called and should be getting a replacement.

My son loved this toy -I got it for him before he was 1 and he used it to push to learn to walk. Once he learned to ride it, he was on it all the time. But then the wheels came off and there was no way to re-attach them securly. I struggled with it, trying to get the wheels to stay on and then finally had to throw it out- such a disappointment becuase he really loved it. Was too expensive to buy a new one knowing it would just break.

I push my daughter around on it all the time! She can't climb on it herself yet, but she loves to crawl to it and press the horn. She has just started walking, so it is a little too fast to use in her own yet (daughter is 11 mo.)

..Steering wheel broke. We gave this as a gift to our little boy (1yr), he used every day, loved the thing. He quickly developed great coordination while maneuvering this around our great room (wood floors). We didn't have any problems with the wheels, but had problems with the steering wheel breaking (underside). It started with a small crack, then became unridable. We purchased another Haul & Ride, but it ended with the same fate as the previous. I know he used it every day, but the design seemed flimsy for this to occur in such an important area. I'd still recommend it because it was a favorite go-to toy that provided a lot of smiles for months.

My sons loved this truck and played with it constantly. Unfortunately the wheels constantly fell off. Then, while my 1 year old was riding it, the steering wheel broke off and it sent him flying face first onto the kitchen floor! He got a bloody nose. The long handle actually broke in half so there's no way to fix it. My 1 year old screamed as I threw it in the garbage. But that was very dangerous! Will be replacing it with a different ride-on toy!

I purchased this for my in-home daycare. The children just love it. In fact I will be ordering several more so we have less arguments over whose turn it is to play with the Haul & Ride.

Our son plays with his car all the time.
Now, after about a year the steering wheel just broke off while playing. Hope I can fix it but this should not be able to happen! Kids at the age of 2 aren't THAT strong, so the design and testing should be reviewed by the company.

My son got this for his first birthday. He (and his older brother) both loved it. We kept it inside. After about 5 months, the front wheel fell off and although we repeatedly put it back on and tried to get it all the way on, it continued to fall off daily. Then one of the rear tires started to fall off. We eventually had to throw it away. Also, the truck bed section had to be realeased and moved by me or my older son. it was too hard for the little guy..even at 2.
