I have a day care at my home and care for 6 children ages 1 through 5. all the children enjoy playing in the tikes town playhouse. I found that half of the roof had a hole in it from the manufacturer. I cantacted Little tikes and they sent me a replacement part.
one windy night the playhouse did blow across the yard....

    The play house is excellent! the children have already spent hours having fun playing in it, even though spring has just arrived and we ar still waiting for warmer weather. It provides a multitude of imaginative play scenarios as a market, a gas station, and a school. The basketball hoop and soccer goal encourage active physical play, but the kids move around plenty just climbing in and out the door and crawling through the tire hole. The favorite for the girls is talking to each other through the window.

      We set this up in the yard. Put it in a spot where my 3 year old son can get to all sides without difficulty. It is amazing, he loves it. Every side is something else and he uses all of them. We play store and he is the salesman!!!! I can not say enough about this playhouse. I love it and so does he. He even has the Little Tikes truck that has the gas tank on it so he is able to pump gas. Money well spent.

        This was easy to assemble and provides multiple activities to keep the kids interested. It is definately weather resitant as it has already had inches of snow on top of it. the kids still loved to play in it and even plowed out their driveway!

          My boys (1.5 and 2.5yrs) love this playhouse.The door,windows,gas pump are perfectly sized!
          They always want us adults to join them inside.I have to admit, sitting in there, I felt like a kid again and was able to create a bunch of games for us to do.

          Sadly 2 of the stickers didn't hold after just a week of being outside.

          Overall this is a great addition to our outdoor playtime

                My daughter loves this little house. Although I wish I would have realized how hot it would get inside because I would have purchased something without a roof. Some of the decals fell off within weeks. It's going to be impossible to keep clean in the yard and all sorts of insects are breeding within the crevices but I am sure that would happen with any outdoor toy. I also expected it to be larger given the price.

                For the price I thought it would have been a bit bigger. I also thought it would have been nice if the gas pump made noise had buttoms to push etc. The children however get inside and have a ball so all in all, I'm still glad I purchased it,

                The house is great and has so much to do. The assembly took 2 people around 2 hours and requires a drill and electric screwdriver. The stickers really make the house but unfortunately seem to be falling off because of weather.

                Wish the decals were actually weather resistant.
                The stickers don't hold up at all. the
                Phone and gas attachments were totally inoperable within the first year.

                Great playhouse for taller children since it has a lot of head room for them to move around freely without having to duck. Our nieces and nephews have kept theirs inside and it has kept much better than ours, so it's great for an indoor playroom if you have one.
