      I am a childcare provider who has owned this toy for years. Children have always loved the basketball part of this toy and the fact that it cheers for them. Only the youngest crawlers seem interested in the football, and I took away the baseball bat a long time ago - it wasn't safe with a little mob of preschoolers! Still, it is a fun and engaging toy, and I would buy it again.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        My 9 month old twins (grandkids) love it because they both have to play with it at the same time. Since there are options there is something for everyone. They especially love the noise & lights on the basketball feature. My only suggestion would be to include more than 1 basketball.
