Very disappointed in this toy. Bought it for my grandson as he reaches for everyone's smart phone. The sound is too low to hear everything. Save your money and do not buy this...not worth it.

Can't Hear Sounds!

ordered the DiscoverSounds Smartphone for my 7 mo old grandson for Christmas because he loves to grab our real smartphones. The case is cute and durable, chewable, but the sound is very faint and doesn't hold his attention like other toys with sound. I ordered the DiscoverSounds remote and he loves this because the sound is very good and he enjoys pushing the buttons and hearing the sounds. The concept of the smartphone is great, but the sound and the face display need much improvement. I would like to return the Smartphone.

very disappointed

Got 3 of these phones for my triplets who are 16 months and love to play with my phone. It lights up which is great but you can not hear it at all. I tried putting new batteries in all 3 but it didn't matter. I understand that you don't want something loud near your kids ears but a little sound would be okay. Very disappointed in the product.
Two days out of box and stopped working

Took it out of the box, two days later and it wasn't working properly. The piano works, slide it to the phone and nothing works, slide it to the next screen and it plays the piano. Very dissapointed in it.

My grandson loves his phone and talks on it constantly. He puts everything in his mouth, so I love how easy it is to clean.
