this is a really cute car. My grandson loves it and it is just too cute. the handle needs to be a better design so it is easier to detach and hold on to. The wheels in the front don't turn really well but it does not take away from the whole toy. The horn could be easier to push for a little kid. But this is still a great toy.

I bought this car because I thought it came with a seat belt. It can be a safety hazard if your child likes to get up while you are pushing the car. The body of the convertible was not molded correctly. There is a significant gap between the top red piece and the bottom black piece, which would allow water to intrude into the interior and stagnate. It's too much trouble to return, especially once you begin assembly.
Nevertheless, my daughter enjoys riding in the car.

I was extremely happy when I was given this as a gift for my child, but was quickly disappointed. I'm pretty handy but had a hard time putting this together. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, however, the wheel and hub cap assembly was challenging. The pieces did not fit together easily. My daughter loved the car but the handle is so thin compared to the size of the car that it is tough to steer and the wheels didn't seem to move in the direction I would steer. In addition, the handle is wobbly. All in all I would have kept it if it were sturdier and the wheels moved properly. A seatbelt would have also been great for toddlers who like to climb out while on the go which is why I recommend this for a smaller child who is able to sit unsupported but not at the age where they are super active!

      I love this car. I bought one for my 18 month old daughter and another for my friend's 1 year old. They love to be in it! The only downside, in my opinion, is the lack of a opening door to let the kids get in and out by themselves. My daughter likes to try and get in alone, and it is very difficult. They always have to be lifted in and out.

        The first car we received had defects and the handle would not go into place to screw in. There was a plastic molding issue. They sent us a new one after sending pictures of the problem and defacing the old one. The new one is great we use the car for walks in the neighborhood and it is very loud the electrical tape was a great idea. The no seat belt really disapoints me yes we did cut one off an old high chair and bolt it in but come on safty should be their #1 priorty. We spent $80 with shipping. My son does love it pushing it around the yard and taking walks. He does try and stand up in the middle of walks if he see's something like the birds flying or ducks in the pond. I would love to design one for them and take parts of the design from the Little Tikes Cozy Push & Ride Coupe where the door opens and has a gas cap that opens and add the two together with the push back canopy and sounds this one makes. Seat belt is a must that could be removeable as they get older and use their feet.

        I have recently ordered this for my grandson and I didnt realize there was no seat belt. Does anyone know if there is a way that you can add a seatbelt to it? I am really concered that my grandson will fall out he is only 8 months old?
