My son received this for his first Christmas this year. He wasn't able to start using it until a couple of weeks ago. He is now a year old and loves being in it! I love that it has the floor board. I push him around in it and he loves it. He loves pushing on the horn. It is a great sturdy truck, and was not hard to assemble at all. He has it personalized with stickers and his name. This will around of a couple of years for him!

Setting it up since 2pm and it's now 7pm. It says to hammer the bar into this cap, yet the hammer messes up the bar so now we can't put it through the wheels without it messing them up. The pilar on one side doesn't fully snap in all the way! it's annoying.

    We bought this truck for our son's first birthday. I love the fact that it has a footboard inside, considering he is still too short to push this himelf. I also love the handle ontop to assist with pushing my child. He loves going for rides in his truck and Im so glad he is able to grow into it. The price was amazing also, Little Tikes was the cheapest of all. Over-all great purchase!

    We bought this truck for my sons first birthday.
    I had no trouble assembling it. It took some time (maybe 45 minutes) but that was expected.
    After a few weeks of use, the roof started squeeking where it meets the truck body.
    The door takes a little force to shut and open, but it's good with a child as young as mine, knowing he can't accidently open it.
    The tailgate locks don't line up with the holes on the body.
    Wish it had a bigger bed.

    I just purchased this product for my son last night. He saw the display in the store and loved it SO MUCH, I had to buy. I asked them to assemble in store...assembly was soooo difficult, the store clerk assembling, a man, could not get the roof on even with help, so he had to remove the already assembled roof from the display truck and give me. Despite all this, I still had to leave the store with it half way done, because my son and I were tired from waiting 3 hours! When i got home, i was so eager to have it finished so my son could wake up to his truck but alas, I messed up on a wheel by forgetting a small part and putting on the TOP HAT. i purchased the truck at 6pm and by midnight, it still wasn't done. I am a woman who can assemble almost anything including sporting equipment. I have assembled all my son's other toys. Never before, has one toy assembly been so hard and frustrating. No margin for error. Now I have no idea what to do to get the top hat off, clearly it will be useless after and I live in the Caribbean so so much for getting replacement parts today.

    It's a nice little truck and kids LOVE IT but I just wish the parts were better and easier to backtrack if an error is made and assembly was easier. If I were to recommend this truck to anyone, it would come with a few warnings.

    Took manipulation to get the roof on but finally won that battle only to come to the wheels and find that our left wheel bracket had no washer stops. Apparently it was manufactured wrong and passed the quality check! That I find amazing since this piece being wrong is a show stopper as far as assembly goes. The 1800 customer service is apparently closed on the weekend so couldn't get assistance from them so we called the store we bought it and they offered to open the last one they have in stock and give us new parts. Sad thing is that we live over an hour from the store.

    This truck is very cute and our almost 2 yr old son loves it. I have to agree that it is one of the hardest toys we have ever put together. Even after its together the door won't always close and we are always having to adjust it for some reason.

      This gift was bought for my son when he was 18 months old. He is now 2 and 1/2 and we also have a 1 year old as well. The boys love this truck. We use it inside our house as well as outside. I liked how there was a removable floor board that we used for pushing before he learned how to make it move himself. The tailgate opens up and our younger son rides (assisted) in the back. Great toy!

      This was for my son's first birthday which I know is a bit early but he LOVES it! The moving pieces are a hit and he spends tons of time opening and closing the door, gas tank and tail gate. Doesn't care about being in it at this point but I know that will come soon enought! The hight is great for a parent to push around (I'm 5'11") and other then the assembly which my husband said was a huge pain, we are thrilled with the product!

        We bought this truck for our granddaughter to keep at our house. The first one we got had to be sent back. The door wouldn't fit at all and the frame was impossible to snap together. It took a strong man to get it snapped in. Our granddaughter is 13 months old and absolutely loves this truck. She likes to open and close the tailgate, put her juice in the cup holder, loves the "big truck" horn. The snap in floor is a great feature I didn't have with my kids. It is a great toy, and a replacement was sent out in just 2 days. The four star was for assembly and fit of parts, otherwise it would have gotten a 5 star rating from me
