It is perfect for my daughter who is 1 1/2 years old. putting two kids in the pool side is a little tricky and more than 2 - not going to happen. but for a little fun in the afternoon its great. have not have any issues with leaking or the umbrella. great value for the money.

My 2 years old grandson loves this sandbox and puts all his cars and trucks in it. The problems I have with the products is that most kids put sand in the water section and can creat a sandy mushy mess and there is no water drain on the pool side to drain the water out, so you have to lift the entire pool side over to drain, not good if you have a bad back. The other problem is when you close the two pieces together, there is not a latch to keep it closed, the pieces just lay one on top of the other, easy on a windy day to be lifted up, had to put a brick to keep the top down. Otherwise my grandson loved it!!!

I feel this item is great, especially for outdoor play. I was pretty excited when I opened the box and could understand the directions and assemble this piece myself! (My husband was so proud ;) )
My son loves playing in the sand, and I wish I would have bought this for him sooner. I have other items from Little Tikes, and I really appreciate that I am buying something American made.
My only complaint about this is that the umbrella could have another way of standing if you didn't want to stick it in the ground. For example, we have ours on the porch, and the umbrella doesn't stand well because it is not stuck in the ground.

My daughter got this for her first birthday, she just turned two and she still loves it! It takes only one 50LB bag of play sand, about 5 bucks at [...]! I love how she can have sand and water to play with on a hot day. The only thing that I am sad about is that the umbrella is torn from the wind. (Not a storm, just normal ware and tear.) Now I am looking on how to get a replacement. Otherwise, great product!

This is a great choice! The price is unbeatable. The pictures are true to size- it is small enough to fit in small spaces, and big enough that many children can play at one. We have had 6 children playing around the sandbox at once. My 30 month old and 10 month old both love the sand and water and can fit in one side at the same time. The only downside is that it is not raised off the ground, so it needs to be moved occasionally so underneath can dry out. It is not watertight and the sand gets wet, but wet sand is more fun to build with! Great product, love the umbrella too!! Would buy again and again!

i have a 22 mon old w/ a g-tube so i put her in one side, and i have a very tall 4 yr. old but she still fits in the other side. they both play for hours safely and the umbrella is great!! easy to clean up and store. honestly one of my favorite purchase for my older daughters ever!!!
