        Great for developing fine motor skills and for your little one that likes to dig year around. It is small enough to use inside with dried beans during the Fall, Winter, and/or rainy season. Little diggers want to play year around! My 4 year old son loves it!

        I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. This was a gift from there great grandpa. It came with a few toys which is great for one child. So I bought multiple buckets, shovels, and trucks to add to the toys. My kids love to play with the sand and they usually get a few shovels worth on the ground each time and since it only holds one bag of sand, i have to add sand about once a week. It is mostly weatherproof. We had a really bad rain storm and it got a little water in it. The sun dried it out the next day. It does not hold many toys. I don't think many kids could play together in the sand box as it only has 2 sides open for digging. The other sides are used for the crane and for the top to connect to make a play road area. Overall this toy is great for kids who love the outdoors.

          I bought this for my grandson, he loves it. I put a little water in the sand so that when he is playing its just like the sand at the beach. I think every truck he has goes in that sand box big and small.

          I was looking at the turtle box when I spied this one. This one is better for my son because he just absolutely loves digging and anything farm or construction plus the accessories that came with it was an added bonus.

          he loves playing with it. I love that it is covered so the animals can't get in and that the toys are all contained when done playing.

          The sandbox is sturdy and very attractive. The crane is big and very well made (strong plastic, not the flimsy kind). I can see rough little boys playing and it will last. My only surprise is that it is smaller then I has expected. Some of the other online reviews said as many as 10 kids can play ... not true 3 small kids max. I think this is a perfect toy for 2-4 year olds. Love Little Tikes and this meets the expectations.
