          i got this to go with the shoping cart for my neice 1st birthday. they are big so they do not pose a choking hasard and she loves to hold them and feel the diffrent shaps and textures. she will be able to use these for a very long time in play.

            My two and one year olds love this. The only suggestion I would have is for the apple and pear to split apart as well as the basket to have a handle. Otherwise they love to munch their fruit and carry them around in their various carts and wagons.

            We bought this fruit and veggie set as an add-on to the Grill, so the kids (5 and 2) could have a more interesting "picnic." (The Grill only comes with a hot dog and hamburger.) What you see in the picture is what you get, and the grape and strawberry halves can be joined together with velcro and then "cut" apart. Plenty here to share!
