I took my time and researched numerous playhouses.
Each had their good and bad points, but most were very boring on the inside. I actually considered buying a house and painting it to make it more interesting. (saw pictures of a house someone did this to and it looked nice.)I wanted to buy something that my daughter wouldn't get bored with in a few days. I also wanted to be able to play with her in the house, which was something that very few playhouses offered.

This house is perfect. I can open the side walls and get into the house with my daughter (I'm 6'2")
I tried to get into numerous other houses in the stores and I could barely get through the door.

The different theme walls are colorful and keep my daughter busy. She loves going in and out the doors. Not many houses have multiple (3) doors like this one.

I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for more than just plain plastic walls and parents who would like to be able to interact with their kids while they are in the house.

I am a single mother who lives with my son's grand-mother. If we were the only two adults left on earth, my son would have a bunch of plastic parts strewn about the lawn. The directions are virtually impossible to interpret and even if they are actually understood, it is absurdly difficult to make them correspond to the parts you are given. While it is cute and I'm sure my son will enjoy it, for the cost, I don't think I would recommend it. I have a Little Tykes "kitchen" as well and had the same assembly issues.

The shipping company that is used is horrible. Was supposed to be delivered on a Friday but it got buried in the back of the truck so the owner actually had to drive it out to me on Saturday in his personal vehicle because I needed it for my son's bday on Sunday. The box was extremely damaged but all the pieces seemed to be in tact. One one the doors were broken but my husband seemed to fix it. You definately need someone handy to put this together because alot of the holes needed to be drilled out. It is also a two person job to put it together. All in all it went up fine and my son loves it which is all that matters!!

    I love how the towncenter is imagination driven. My grandson loves to play in "my house". It's sturdy and fun! He loves all the doors and play areas, especially the basketball hoop and pretending inside. I'm not pleased with the gas pump hose, doesn't go in to holder easily and falls out all the time, we may just remove it. The only other negative was the roof was difficult to assemble and we were missing 2 of the screws needed to join the it together. Other than that it's wonderful and I know my grandson will enjoy it for a long time.

    I felt for the money it could have included a few more activities. The clock is a sticker, the numbers on the phone is also a sticker. Not expensive to include moving parts. The roof arrived damaged, Little Tikes mailed me a new one after recieving a picture of the damage. The awning must have been designed for something different, it doesn't lay flat the way it should. The door bell has multiple sounds, my grandson does like that. The door handle is useless, poor design with no indent on it to actually pull it open, so he either climbs thru the window or reaches thru to pull it open. It is also very dark inside because of the roof. We purchased battery operated lights to put inside. Overall I would say over-priced for a large plastic house.

      We purchased this for my daughter for Christmas. Only problem, here in New York, winter is not the best time for outside pretend play. So...we assembled it in the basement and will move it outside in the spring. My daughter loves it and brings all of our adult friends inside to play with her. There's plenty of room and with the ability of the side 'wings' to open, she will get many more years out of this playhouse. Assembly wasn't difficulty really, but 2 people and a power screwdriver are really necessary. The only problem was that the roof plates didn't quite overlap where they're supposed to. We'll find out if this is an issue once the house goes outside. In the meantime, my daughter is thrilled that "Santa brought me a house!"

        My 3 yo son loves this little playhouse. However, it was a real pain when it arrived. The shipping box was absolutely destroyed. The top was open. The hardware for assembly was missing. My husband purchased some from local store to complete the assembly because it was so close to Christmas. In addition, wind blew over the little house and the side popped off. This can be fixed, but did not seem very sturdy??

          This little towncenter is one of the BEST purchases we have made for our children! I have twin boys who are 6 and a girl that is 2, and they can play for hours out in their house! I like to see them use their little imaginations when playing with all of the cool sides. What I loved most about it, is that I can play right along with the kids and I love that the sides open up. I thnk that is huge, because it gives everyone a lot more playroom space. We also have the cozy coupe car so the kids can gas up their car! I researched many playhouses, and this one just looked like the most fun and I believe it is! Love it!

            I have purchased your wolf lodge for my grandson a few years ago, and he still enjoys it. This product is for my granddaughter, who has not yet used it since it arrived when weather isn't suited for outdoor play.
