    I would give this toy 5 stars out of 5 if it came to me fully assembled. However - because assembly was so difficult - I give it 4 stars. It took me nearly 3 hours to put it together with the help of my husband. The directions were clear - but there were soooooo many parts it just took forever!!! There were parts I had to put on (like the window sills) I don't see why the factory couldn't do this part for me! There must have been a million screws! HAHA All different sizes. I ended up having to use a drill because my wrist was sore from using the screwdriver. Some parts like the phone hook and knobs for the stove would not go in!!! My husband is an OX and he couldnt get them in! We had to expand the holes. Even at full retail price for this toy - I would have paid MORE to have it assembled upon delivery!! I have purchased MANY MANY Little Tikes toys over the years and NEVER have I encountered one so difficult to assemble. Most other toys have easier snap together assembly. This one everything needed to be screwed. As for the toy itself - Concept is AWESOME!!!!! Doll house and Play House in one!!! You seriously can't get better for this. I got it for my 3 youngest girls aged 5, 4 and 2. Little Tikes products are so durable - this will last generations!! Very well designed!! My only suggestion would be to make the baby high chair removable. When all 3 girls are inside the house - they bump into it. I can see that being the first thing to fall off. Otherwise this product is top notch!!! Worth every penny even at full price!!!! Be prepared for it to take up most of your child's room though! It is HUGE!!!!!! and since it opens and folds up - you need to dedicate the center of the room for it. Worth it though!!

    Adorable playhouse! We bought it for our 3 1/2 yr old and 2 yr old girls and both love to play in it. My husband was cursing up a storm trying to assemble it and a couple of the screws were missing, but we managed. My 2 yr old does try to climb into the highchair, which could result in quite an injury, but we are careful to monitor her when she is in it (you can also just remove it, which we will probably do if she keeps at it). Now all we need are some accessories to go with the dollhouse portion!

    My daughter has the best time going in and out of the playhouse, which is currently connected to the dollhouse. Once she outgrows the playhouse, I still see her playing with the dollhouse portion for years to come! A really creative concept that is built to little tikes high standards. We love it!

      I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girls. I stayed up with my husband putting it together for about 4 hours on Chirstmas Eve. Didn't get much sleep but it was well worth the time and effort. My girls love the house and use it every single day. It was the perfect gift. It's big enough for about 4 kids to play together. The only con is that if you're keeping it in your house make sure you assemble it in the room it will stay at. It doesn't fit through the doors you would have to take it apart, not completely but why go though that. Over all I love it and best of all my girls absolutely love it.

        My one year old LOVES this house. She goes in and out all day! I didn't install the middle shelf to allow for more room in the house and my daughter loves to sit on the bottom shelf like a little bench. The highchair was pulled out almost immediately, which is fine because it makes the house roomier without it. We assembled it in about an hour and a half using a power screwdriver.         It is a great product. My kids really enjoy it. The only downfall is you cannot purchase furniture for it. I tried buying other furniture and it just does not fit. Overall a great product though to encourage creative play.

              Bought this house for my 1 year old little girl to use inside. It is so pretty! She goes in and out a million times per day. Over all I am very happy with the house but I wish it was a little bigger so I could fit in there better with her in there too..The high chair and stove top are sure to be a hit once she gets a little bigger.

              There is one area on the back side of the house where the hinges are that has some cracking, it arrived that way, but is not too concerning becuase it looks like that is how it was molded.
