 Inflatable/Bouncer Warranty:

 Little Tikes warrants to the original purchaser that the fabric in this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, and the blower is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year* from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase).

*The warranty period is three (3) months from daycare or commercial purchasers.

     Orders are processed rapidly so that you can receive delivery as quickly as possible.
      Caution! Your order can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing your order.
     Instructions to cancel your order:
         Go to www.littletikes.com
         Click on the Order Status Link (top right link on home page)
         Enter your order number and bill to zip code in the text fields and click the "Go" button
         A red "Cancel" button will appear if you are within the one-hour window.
            Please Note: if the red "Cancel" button does not appear, your order cannot be cancelled.
            We apologize in advance that your order cannot be cancelled after the one-hour window.

         Click on the red "Cancel" button to cancel your order. A confirmation window will open, prompting you to confirm the order cancellation.
         You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been cancelled.

 Do you need to return your www.littletikes.com order?
     Returns from littletikes.com and littletikes.com Canada will only be accepted for 30 days from purchase date.
     Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging.
     Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable; this includes item(s)        where a delivery is refused.

 Is your Organization Tax Exempt?
     Sales tax is charged on orders shipping to CA, IA, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH and PA.
     Place your order online on littletikes.com. Please fax your tax exempt certificate (please include order number) to 330-650-3403 and we will credit the sales tax from your order once        the order ships.
     If you prefer to mail in your order using our order form and pay by business check or money order please send a copy of your tax exempt        certificate with your order.
 Is your order a local pickup?
     You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up at our Hudson facility.
     This process generally takes 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or Holidays.
