There are two reasons why you might have trouble paying your invoice with your debit or credit card. The first, and easier to diagnose, reason is that you do not have sufficient funds available to cover the transaction. The second, and potentially most frustrating, reason is that the billing address which you enter into our website does not match the billing address on file with your bank.
When you attempt to authorize a payment through our website, it sends a request to a merchant gateway with the dollar amount and your billing information. The gateway sends billing data to your bank, requesting an Address Verification System (AVS) check. This is a fraud prevention measure.
Your bank performs the AVS check and either moves the money to authorize the funds or tells the gateway that the AVS check failed. This AVS check is done by your bank.
If you have trouble getting your card to "go through," confirm that the address on file with us matches the address to which your credit card statement is mailed. Some banks want the address to which the physical cards were mailed and not the address to which the statements are mailed.
Here is a common problem: Your cards were mailed to 123 Main Street, Anytown, MO 63301 but you have since moved and now live at 456 Washington Avenue, Othertown, IL 60601. Unless you update your records with your bank, you may need to use the Anytown address when submitting your billing data; the Othertown address may not work due to an AVS mismatch.
Post office box addresses can cause problems, too. Due to an incompatibility between merchant gateways and some banks, addresses like "PO Box 123" may not match, even when you enter them correctly into our system. If you are sure that your bank has a PO box address on file and your card is still being declined, try updating your address within our customer portal so that the number comes first. E.g., try "123 PO Box" instead of "PO Box 123".
We do understand how frustrating AVS mismatch problems can be and wish that there was anything that we could do to help. Unfortunately, the AVS system is completely out of our hands. The test is performed by your bank, not our software. We cannot override it, even if you telephone us and give us your credit card number on the phone.

Little Tikes plastic is fade-resistant, but not fade-proof. While we add fade inhibitors to our outdoor products that help slow down the effect of ultraviolet light, it isn't possible to prevent fading over the long term. Colors can start to fade over time, especially if the product is left in an area where it is exposed to direct sunlight most of the day. Fading does not affect the integrity of our products in any way.
Some clothing articles made of artificial fibers produce more static electricity than others. To minimize or eliminate static shock, take fabric softener sheets or make a solution of half fabric softener and half water in a spray bottle and wipe or spray the unit down. Remove any excess water with a paper towel. Repeat as necessary.
This is an environmental concern and we advise you to contact a local pest company. Be sure to advise them that you have a child's play product made of polyethylene plastic. This will aid them in determining the proper method to alleviate your particular situation.

Little Tikes uses a plastic called 'Polyethylene' in the manufacture of outdoor products with double-walled construction. Polyethylene is a porous plastic that may absorb water. If your product needs to be drained, turn it on its side and/or drill small holes on the bottom - 1" away from any seam - to allow the water to drain. Drilling these holes will help prevent water from collecting again and will not affect the integrity of the product.

However, this requires a setting where our design engineers can observe how the children interact with the toy. Little Tikes does not make swings that hang from tree branches, other than our popular Disc Swing. Following are the recommendations we make in regard to our swings...
* DO NOT hang a swing above concrete, asphalt, packed earth, or other hard surfaces.
* Swings should be hung at least 15 inches from the side of the swing set, from other swings, or any other objects.
* The swing seat should not swing to within 6 feet or less of any object in front of, or behind it.
* The majority of Little Tikes swings are designed to be hung from store-brought, standard-size swing sets. The swing S-hook should not be hung on a stationary hook that has no nylon bushing. Doing so will cause the swing's metal S-hook to rub against the swing set's metal stationary hook, resulting in premature wear.
When playing on Little Tikes inflatable products, it's normal for children to experience more sag from their weight than they would on high-cost, commercial-grade bouncers which are designed to accommodate a large number of children of varying ages and weight all in one usage.
